Public Liability Insurance cover for your exhibi on area must be taken out for a minimum of $10,000,000 from the first day of bump-in, Monday, 8th October un l the comple on of bump-out on the evening of Thursday, 11th October. So that all members of staff can enjoy Morning Tea, Lunch and A ernoon Tea with delegates, the exhibi ng company will be charged $80 per day for each addi onal staff member who is working at the Exhibi on, to cover the catering fees charged by the 11 venue.

13 The Exhibitor s Manual, to be sent out at least three months prior to the Conference, will provide you with all of the informa on you need in order to plan for your a endance as a Trade Exhibitor at the Stormwater 2018 Conference. Should you have any ques ons beforehand, you can contact the Stormwater2018 Conference Manager, Julie McGraw at GEMS Event Management Australia on To assist our Sponsors and Exhibitors with pre-event marke ng, we will provide you with a Conference Promo onal Tile (jpg format), which you and your colleagues can add to their signature as well as your businesses website. This will be provided upon receipt of the completed Sponsorship/Trade Exhibi on Registra on Forms. ANZ Stadium Exhibi on Area EXHIBITOR MANUAL TELL EVERYONE YOU WILL BE THERE! The 2018 Conference Trade Exhibi on will feature a Passport Program to encourage a endees to visit each of the exhibitors and increase overall exhibi on a endance. We believe that this program will add value to those organisa ons who choose to make a significant investment in the Conference, by being part of our Trade Exhibi on. How the Program will Work: TRADE EXHIBITION PASSPORT PROGRAM Each delegate will receive an Exhibi on Passport in their Conference Satchel. Delegates will need to visit every exhibitor over the two days of the Conference and have their Passport stamped by each exhibitor. (Exhibitors will be provided with a stamp at the beginning of the Conference). When delegates have their Passports completed (stamped by all exhibitors), they will then be able to submit their Passports into the entry box located at the Conference Registra on Desk. All Passports must be lodged at the Conference Registra on Desk by the conclusion of A ernoon Tea on the final day of the Conference. A Prize Draw will be conducted at the closing session of the Conference. Exhibitors and Sponsors are encouraged to donate products and services as prizes to be included in the prize pool. The sponsor/exhibitor organisa on will be acknowledged for their prize dona on as it is being drawn on stage in the final session of the Conference. The winning delegate must be in the Conference room at the me of the draw to win. 13
