All Competitors and Officials will be accommodated at the Dunkeld Equestrian Estate, Dullstroom. Dullstroom is approximately a two and a half hour drive from Johamnnesburg. Check in will be from am on Sunday, 10 February Competition format will be 4 sessions of three hours. One River (bank) session on the Spekboom River near Lydenburg and three Stillwater (boat) sessions on Nooitgedaght, near Lydenburg, The Lochs, near Belfast and the Town Dam in Dullstroom. Species will be Brown and Rainbow trout.

2 WHERE WE ARE AND HOW TO JOIN US How to join us at Dullstroom: From OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg. Take the N12 East motorway to Emalahleni, where it will join up with the N4 East. Follow the N4 to Belfast. Take the R540 to Dullstroom. When entering Dullstroom, take turnoff to the left on Mare Street. Take a left turn on Blue Crane Drive. Take a right turn on Bosman Street. The Dunkeld Country Estate entrance will be on your right side 3km from the town of Dullstroom.

3 ACCREDITATION OF NATIONAL DELEGATIONS Once arrived in South Africa, all delegations shall report to the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee which will be situated at the OR Tambo International Air port, Johannesburg on 8 th & 9 th (until 08h30) of February CONTACTS For general information concerning the registration, please visit the official website or contact the Organizing Committee. For specific information concerning the Fly Fishing Championship and local logistics, please contact the Fly Fishing Local Organizer Secretary Patrick O Brien on or patrick.obrien@sulzer.com REGISTRATION FEES The registration fee amounts to: * Full board in twin room, 1.200,00 per participant (anglers, managers and captains); * Accompanying persons, excluding lunches, accommodation sharing, 1000,00 per person; World Sport Fishing Games organization fee of 25 per participant is included. The cost of the Opening Ceremony in Johannesburg for accompanying people is 30,00 per person. REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT The Organizing Committee shall receive the registration form completely filled in on the website together with the proof of payment of the registration fee via bank transfer. A 50% deposit will be required by 10 September 2018 with the balance payable by the 10 November 2018, to the account held in the name of SASACC World Games Name of the Bank: Standard Bank Account No Branch Code: SWIFT/BIC: SBZA ZA JJ All the other information on the event will be provided on the official website of the World Games. EACH NATION MUST BRING THEIR OWN FLAG AND NATIONAL ANTHEM.

4 OFFICIAL WORLD GAMES OPENING CEREMONY All the Nations are to go to the assembly point of the opening ceremony at the Nelson Mandela Square, Sandton City, Johannesburg. A street parade will start at 10:30am to the Sandton Convention Centre. The opening ceremony of the 4 th Sport Fishing World Championships will take place in Johannesburg, on Saturday, February the 9 th 2019, at 11:00 am, at the Sandton Convention Centre. It is strongly advised that the Nations Teams must arrange accommodation in the recommended hotels close to OR Tambo International Airport or Sandton City. This will make traveling to the Opening Ceremony on 9 th February 2019 easy for the attendees. After the Opening Ceremony the Teams can depart to Dullstroom. DULLSTROOM MAYORAL RECEPTION The Mayor of Emakhazeni, The Hon TD Ngwenya, will host a lunch reception for the participants in Dullstroom on Sunday, 10 February This will follow a street parade with local cultural and school groups starting at 11am. Buses depart from Dunkeld at 10.30am PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY The medal ceremony for the Masters World Fly Fishing Championships will be held in the Kruger National Park at on Friday, 15 February CLOSING GALA DINNER The gala dinner will take place at 08:00 pm, on Friday February the 15 th 2019 at the Equestrian Centre, Dunkeld Estate. CAPTAIN S MEETING AND DRAW The Captains meeting will take place in the Equestrian Centre at om Sunday, 10 February
