1 The GVGO would like to give a big thank you to Ken at BigPumpkins.com for hosting this auction. We would also like to thank all the growers who donated seeds to help with our Annual Fundraising auction. Without their generous donation, none of this would be possible. This year s auction proceeds will help the GVGO support the sponsoring of the GPC Niagara Convention s Friday night hospitality room & will also to be used for activities that promote the hobby in Ontario & throughout Canada. Rules for the auction Bidding will be in Canadian Dollars 1. Proxy bids are allowed. Contact Jane Hunt at janephilhunt@gmail.com at least 24 hrs. before the auction starts. 2. Bidding will start at $20 & will increase by a minimum of $5 increments. 3. Some lots may have multiples and will be announced at the beginning of the lot offering. Winning bidder has first option to purchase both lots. If the option is not exercised, the second lot will pass to the second highest bidder. (remember no under bidding) 4. Bidders will confirm their winning bids immediately after the close of each lot by sending an to Jane Hunt at gvgogrowers@gmail.com stating their BP screen name, real name, lot number, winning bid amount, mailing address, and a contact phone number.
