Picnic facilities. Directions: Located off Hwy 55 west of Kinston, past Moss Hill School. First paved road turn left at Strabane Crossroads.6 mile on right. Watch for signs. Crops are usually available in October. Open: Friday 5pm to 8pm, Saturday 2pm to 8pm. We will be open each Friday and Saturday in October and are available for school groups during the week by appointment. We follow organic practices.

Walk 1 block to Queen Street and turn right. Continue on Queen Street through historic downtown Grifton. At Highland Avenue/ NC 118, turn around and return to school. Neighborhood Walking Route 2 Distance:.5 Mile Description: Begin at Health Assist Building on corner of Queen Street and Pitt Street. Walk south on Pitt Street. Turn left on Main Street. Walk 2 blocks and turn left on Martin Luther King Jr. Street. Walk to Queen Street. Turn around and return to Health Assist Building.
