We will once again be offering all of our popular Vegas leagues from the past on Tuesdays & Thursdays, along with the 2nd year of the Winnipeg Pink Ladies Dart League on Mondays. The Winnipeg Vegas Leagues will start play on Tuesday, September 8th & Thursday, September 10th. The sign-up deadline to play in week #1 is Thursday, September 3rd. The Winnipeg Pink Ladies League will start Monday September 14th. To sign up for the coming Fall League season you can fax in the sign up sheet that is attached, drop it off at the office or go to our web-site and fill out the sign up form. Our Dart Player Open House will be at ROOKIES SPORTS BAR on Tuesday, August 18th, from 7:00pm-9:00pm. Darts & supplies will be on sale at 25% off, register your team, or just come by to say Hello! PINK LADIES DART LEAGUE facebook.com/winnipeg Pink Ladies Dart League Aactive Dart League & Winnipeg Pink Ladies Dart League National Dart Assosiation Bullshooter Live This is the 2nd year of the Winnipeg Pink Ladies league. Year 1 was a huge success with 6 doubles teams in the Fall, 8 doubles teams for the Winter and 6 teams that played in the Summer. Some of the ladies that played last year & this Summer are participating in the South Dakota Pink Ladies State Dart Tournament in October. We are a group of Ladies who get together, have fun & play darts while helping families in the community who have loved ones going through Cancer treatments. This is the perfect opportunity to grab a friend who hasn t yet played or hasn t played in a while. The Pink Ladies was founded by Randy Oliver of Yankton South Dakota and we are proud to follow in his footsteps with the first official International Pink Ladies League. 2 PAGE 2 NEW THIS YEAR! NDA TEAM DART New Event Schedule The NDA has made a change to the Team Dart 2016 Schedule. Instead of a 9 day tournament, it will now be 6 days of competition. Registration for the events will include your entry fee and board fees; just like last year. Here is a list of the events. Schedule is subject to change. Moving forward, NDA sanctioned players may use up to 20 gram darts in the Aactive Dart League and any NDA tournaments. We will be ordering 20 gram darts to sell. Our supplier currently has a very minimal selection to choose from at the moment. 20 gram darts will be ordered as they become available. There will be a brief Information Meeting at 7:30 to discuss a couple topics for the Winnipeg Vegas & Pink Ladies Leagues. 3 ODDS & ENDS PAGE 3 VEGAS TEAM DART DRAW TRIP There will be 1 draw trip from all Tuesday and Thursday Vegas League teams that do not win a playoff trip. All teams from Novice, Intermediate, Open & Super Vegas that do not win a Playoff Trip will be entered in this one (1) draw. The Team Dart Vegas payouts for the 4 Winnipeg Vegas Leagues will remain at $3200 per team (4 players) and will include Team Cricket and/or Team 501 entry. Players will be responsible for any Singles, Doubles, or Triples events they wish to play. The number of Playoff trips for each League will be determined by the number of teams in each league at the end of September when the complete Schedules come out. ADL/NDA SANCTION FEES & SPARES All ADL / NDA Sanction Fees are included in your weekly League Fees. Any player that plays 3 weeks or more will be Sanctioned. While playing in any Aactive Dart League, your weekly fees cover all items related to your league (Sanction Fee, Board Fees for your Playoffs, Prize Fund, Awards, etc). Although we have no official policy on what Spares should pay on League night (as each team must pay their fees before playing their match), we recommend having the spare pay half of the League Fees for the player they are replacing as this will cover their Game Fees and part of their Sanction Fee for that night. REMOTE LEAGUES Remote Leagues are just like a League night except your opponents are playing somewhere else. Only on the G3. Doubles, Triples or even 4 player team leagues. Various divisions & skill levels are available. All Remote Leagues are NDA Sanctioned against other NDA Operators. Call us for more info. HOTBUTTON At the bar by yourself or with a friend and want to play darts against someone else? You can! A HotButton allows you to play Remote 301, 501 or Cricket; either Singles or Doubles on 13 or 15 target & track your online play at Colors include Green, Yellow, Blue, Purple, Pink & Clear. Cost is $25. HotButton CHALLENGE MATCH LIVE Offered up by Arachnid, if you plan on going out on a Friday night or on the weekend and have a Team of 4 players, let us know. We can set up a Remote match against a team from somewhere else. There are different match formats to chose from. Pay only the cost to play the games. Just give us a call with a date you would like to play and we will do the rest. AACTIVE PLAYER RANKINGS As with past seasons, we have reranked players based on their performance during league and in the playoffs. This years Player Rankings is on the website. If you have any questions regarding your Aactive Player Ranking, or don t see your name, please call the office at TEAM ROSTERS When registering your Team, the first four players(team), three players (Triples), or two players (Doubles) that you signed up with are classified as your Regular Team Players. Any other players will be considered spares. Changes to your Regular Team Roster must be approved by the League Office. REMOTE PLAY Any Remote Play, whether it is with a HotButton or in a Remote League is not used towards your Aactive Player Ranking for the upcoming League Season. Any play in a Remote League however is NDA Sanctioned and those stats are sent to the NDA as required.
