2 Statements & Search Criteria Mission Naples Roller Hockey League Mission Statement Coaching Naples s Finest for 25 Years The Naples Roller Hockey League (NRHL) is a board run, non-profit organization whose purpose is to foster the development of the skills and character of each player in the program through a well-organized program of instruction and appropriate competition for ages 5-16 years. After participating in the club, players will have gained advanced skills in inline skating, defensive play, offensive play, proper goalie play, participation in a team atmosphere and, demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times. We recognize that competitive opportunities in roller hockey exist at many levels. The needs of true beginners in the sport are well served by what our organization offers. The point and purpose of our league is to teach beginning players to play inline hockey, and to aid in the advancement of skilled players that choose to play competitive roller hockey. The Naples Roller Hockey League aims to provide an experience that introduces players to the rules, regulations, and competitive nature of roller hockey while guiding players to advanced roller hockey competitions if the player chooses to. The NRHL provides the instruction and competitive element to challenge our players and provides a solid base for those players who develop even beyond the level our club can support. Background The NRHL is Collier County s ORIGINAL, and ONLY 100% in-house recreational youth roller hockey league, featuring: Four specific age divisions [open to ages 5 through 16] Full 10 game season, including playoffs Custom jersey w/ team logo, player name, & number All games officiated by referees, fully timed, & scored Two full seasons offered each year: spring & fall Premium quality custom awards [Medals / T-shirts / Hoodies] All games & practices held at Veterans Park in Naples Areas Of Service Areas Served 2
