5 The Show will be held on the Norfolk Showground, Dereham Road, Costessey, Norwich, NR5 0TT, 5 miles west of Norwich, just off the A47 Norwich Southern By-Pass at the A1074 junction (Longwater Interchange). Entry Fees are as stated beneath each section heading and cheques should be made payable to RNAA. : A list of convenient Hotels, B&Bs, etc. can be found on our website. Caravan Passes priced are available in the designated livestock areas but please be aware that space is very limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. there areno electric hook-ups in any of the caravan parks. In the interest of comfort and convenience for all exhibitors, the use of generators to provide power to caravans is not permitted between the hours of 10pm and 6am. These are available in St. Walstans Hall. Private Cubicles are available for. These are for one person only, in a permanent building, with a fitted bunk. Exhibitor to provide their own bedding. Doors to cubicles are to be secured by individually coded padlocks which will be provided by The RNAA. These are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. St. Walstans Hall will offer a range of hot and cold food and refreshments. A fully equipped bar will be open until late on both Tuesday and Wednesday evening.. The RNAA or any of its representatives will not be held responsible for any consequential, or other loss, injury or damage done to, or occasioned by, the supply of straw. Arrival and departure times are stated beneath section or breed headings and failure to observe the appointed times may result in elimination from classes and withdrawal of prize money. Full instructions, admission wristbands, vehicle passes etc. will be issued to all exhibitors approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the Show. The quantity of vehicle passes that each exhibitor receives will depend on the number of entries/bookings. Support vehicle passes will be supplied where multiple vehicle passes are requested. Valid for both days of the Show, these can be purchased at the cost of. exhibitors are asked to check that their allocation of tickets is correct on immediate receipt of their ticket pack. No duplicate tickets or passes will be issued during the Show period free of charge. The Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association reserves the right to refuse or cancel any entry, class or section it deems fit. In which case, entry fees (exclusive of any levy payments) may be returned to each exhibitor after the Show. The RNAA would like to remind you that it is your responsibility to ensure that all animals are show trained and that all your show equipment is in good condition. Exhibitors must be wearing the correct show dress required to enter the show rings. Prize monies and premiums will be paid by cheque within 5-6 weeks following the Show. Cheques can be re-issued, however an admin fee at our discretion will apply. Out of date cheques must be returned before a new cheque will be issued. 7 a) It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any change of policies/legislation, etc. b) Please be aware at all times that there will be pedestrians in the area. All exhibitors are responsible for the observance, by themselves, their employees and their representatives or contractors of all Health and Safety at Work regulations. c) Smoking is in any of the livestock lines and neighbouring areas. a) Sections &Classes may be amalgamated/cancelled at the discretion of Stewards or the Head Steward if insufficient animals come forward. Stewards may, if necessary, split any class, if oversubscribed, by date of birth. a) All bulls over one year old must have ring(s) properly fitted in the nose, and the exhibitors shall be held responsible for the safe control of the animal by suitable halter, nose chain, blinkers, leading poles etc. as appropriate. b) Exhibitors must provide during showing and all parades. The second handler may be at the head or the rear of the bull at the discretion of the exhibitor. a) Any exhibitor who brings electrical equipment to the Showground must ensure that it is in good order and has been inspected and tested by a competent electrician within the past 6 months, with relevant label. The use of sub-standard equipment is strictly forbidden. b) at all times whilst on the Showground and must comply with any instructions from Officials or Stewards in respect of the use of the designated cattle walkways, crossing points etc. c) For safety reasons, children under the age of thirteen (except those entered in the Young Handlers Competition), will not be allowed to lead animals or accompany exhibitors into the Grand Ring whilst the Grand Parade is taking place. d) An exhibitor, their handler or any other representative of the exhibitor or member of the general public who conducts themselves in an improper or offensive manner, to any Judge, Steward or Official appointed by the RNAA, will be reported to the Chief Executive/Show Director. They may be refused entry to the Showground and may not be allowed to compete in any class/es or competition/s that they may have entered and any money due to this exhibitor/representative of any company may be withheld. Entry into any further Shows may also be refused. 6

8 a) All exhibitors must ensure that they comply fully with The 2007 EU Welfare in Transport Regulation (EC) No. 1/2005. b) Mammals shall not be considered fit for transport if they: i) are unfit animals (see DEFRA website Annex 1 Chapter 1 of Council Regulation 1/2005). ii) iii) iv) are pregnant female animals that have reached the latest stage of gestation (within 10% of the estimated time of the gestation before birth) and for a period of one week after giving birth. are very young animals except if the journey is less than 100 km, e.g. calves of less than 10 days of age. calves of less than 14 days of age on journeys exceeding 8 hours will not be permitted. a) on the closing date for entries shall be eligible to compete for any prize unless it has sired at least three living calves, born within twelve months previous to that date. b) All cows and heifers shall be entitled to compete in the class for which they are eligible on the first day of the Show, i.e. dependent upon their calving date. c) found on, or proved to have been used on, an animal at any time whilst that animal is in the Showground, either for preventing the flow of milk or for any other improper purpose, will disqualify that animal from being awarded a Prize, and any Prize awarded prior to discovery will be forfeited. The owner of said animal may be prohibited from again entering Stock at any further show. The phrase 'artificial contrivance or device' includes blistering, bandaging or boarding of udders, setting of teats, and generally any other practice which results in the animal being shown other than in a natural state. either prior to, during or after judging or at any other time they so wish. d) The use of blacking, or other colouring matter, except on the feet, on cattle is prohibited. Infringement of this Regulation will render the animal in question liable to be disqualified. e) f) All cows and heifers in milk shall be milked at the appropriate times. On the judging day, the judge may require any animal to be milked in his presence, so that he may be able to form an opinion of the udder after milking. g) Exhibitors of cattle entered in classes subject to qualifying yields must ensure their cattle have achieved the appropriate standards. The RNAA may request, by random selection, the verification of qualifying yields by production of NMR certificate before prizes are paid. In any class in which a condition of entry relates to yields, the qualifying date shall be 31st March in the year of the Show unless the Breed Society's regulations state otherwise. CATTLE 7

9 a) The closing date of entries is. All entries in All stock handlers will be expected to wear the correct dress whilst showing their animals in any of the show rings b) An exhibitor wishing to enter an animal in joint ownership may do so, provided the animal is registered in the names of the joint owners, and each person's name must appear on the registration certificate, otherwise the animal will be rejected. and registration certificates updated by the Breed Society and in the possession of the exhibitor on arrival at the Showground. c) Every animal entered for competition must be entered or accepted for entry in the Herd Book of its breed in this country, unless otherwise specified in the special conditions for each section. d) e) Late receipt of details may result in cancellation of entries and no refund would be due. f) Exhibitors will be required to complete and display above each cattle standing, a card giving details of the animal. Pedigree information will not be printed in the catalogue. g) The Showground Holding Number is. This information will be required for completion of cattle passports for any cattle born after 1 July a) This allocation is to accommodate the judging ring plan and any particular requests received from exhibitors to allow for multiple breed entries, sharing of equipment, labour etc. All animals in one breed and one ownership will stand together so far as disease restrictions and space permit. b) Any exhibitor who moves standings without permission may be asked to remove their cattle from the showground and will not be refunded any entry fee/s or other money due to them. a) Straw will be provided in each standing before arrival, additional straw will be available. a) 8

10 a) Cows or Heifers which show any signs of calving or aborting, or which have any signs of abnormal discharge, will be placed into isolation and returned to the herd of origin as soon as practicable. Where an animal calves prematurely or aborts, the Divisional Veterinary Office must be informed immediately. b) Cattle entries will only be accepted from herds which are Fully Accredited within the Brucellosis schemes, and not subject to any restrictions imposed under The Tuberculosis Order 1964 (as amended) and The Brucellosis (England & Wales) Order 1981 as amended. In addition the entered animals must not themselves be under individual restrictions. a) A vacuum line will be provided at the Milk Depot. Exhibitors must provide their own bucket units. b) The Association is committed to meeting the terms of 'Welfare of the Dairy Cow' Code of Practice. Antibiotics and other inhibiting substances are banned at the Royal Norfolk Show unless they are administered under the supervision of the Show's Veterinary Officer. Any person milking animals with open cuts on hands or arms must keep these covered with a waterproof dressing. All involved must bring and wear clean washable overalls. c) a) All classes will have rosettes provided 1st to 5th or as stated in breed section details. b) Prize money will be paid as printed under each breed section. Awards for the Best Udder in each class and the Holstein UK Society Rosette for the Best Udder of the Show. and, presented by the late Mr W C Paterson, for the Best Holstein Cow or Heifer owned and bred by a Norfolk exhibitor. 54 Norfolk CATTLE Wednesday & Thursday Dairy Section Beef Section Dairy Section Beef Section Prize money will be distributed between qualifying exhibitors if necessary. Awards will be based on the cleanliness and neatness of the lines and the presentation of the stock in their standings. The neat and tidy display of pedigree, production information and prize cards above each animal will be taken into account. Advertising material must be confined to the standings allocated and must not obscure show numbers or pedigree cards. Particular attention will be paid to the tidiness of the central walkway of each line. Judging will be entirely at the Judge's discretion and will be based on more than one visit to the buildings/marquees. 55 a) Pigs to have been registered in a published volume or accepted for entry in a forthcoming volume of the British Pig Association Herd Book. It is not sufficient for an animal to be eligible for registration. Animals registered in a Grading Register of a Herd Book are not eligible for entry in these classes. b) All notching, tattooing and ear tagging must be as BPA ruling, must be fully legible and all BPA conditions complied with. The RNAA reserves the right to withdraw any entry which does not fully comply with this and to withhold any monetary payments due for any reason. c) The ear number, registered name, Herd Book number and date of birth of each pig, must be supplied for printing in the catalogue together with the name of the breeder in cases where the exhibitor is not also the breeder. d) Exhibitors should reserve the required number of pens by stating this clearly on the entry form, along with payment of the appropriate class fees, by the entry closing date. e) Animal details may be entered/altered after this date if necessary. f) Exhibitors will be required to complete and display a card giving details of the animal above each pen. g) All pigs must be identified in accordance with current legal requirements and accompanied by correct movement documentation.. h) The identities of pigs forward will be checked against catalogue entries. i) If there are insufficient entrants in any of the separate breed sections, the particular section will be joined with one of the 'Any Other' mixed breed sections. j) a) If, for any reason, they have not been checked by the steward, all details must be confirmed by with the relevant steward. b) a) Pens will be provided in the Pig Building. The breed section Judge will nominate a boar and a gilt from each breed represented, to compete. A Pig judged Best Male (Modern or Traditional) or Best Female (Modern or Traditional) in a qualifying round cannot compete in any subsequent round. If a Pig having qualified at an earlier show again qualifies at a later show the Judge for that breed shall select an alternative Pig of the same breed and sex from any class covering the required age group. Where a single breed has more than one class covering the required age group for either sex, so permitting more than one 1 st prize animal, the Judge must nominate one of these for the qualifying round. Where there are multi-breed classes, i.e. any other modern/any other traditional breed or a similar classification, the Judge must nominate the Best Male and Best Female of the qualifying age of each breed represented (regardless of class prizes). These Pigs will compete in the qualifying round with eligible entries from individual breed classes. A pig judged Best Young Male or Best Young Female in a qualifying round cannot compete in any subsequent round. If a pig having qualified at an earlier show again qualifies at a later show the judge for that breed shall select an alternative pig of the same breed and sex from any class covering the required age group. Where a single breed has more than once class covering the required age group for either sex, so permitting more than one 1st prize animal, the judge must nominate one of these for the qualifying round. Where there are multi-breed classes, i.e. any other modern/any other traditional breed or a similar classification, the judge must nominate the best male and best female of the qualifying age of each breed represented (regardless of class prizes). These pigs will compete in the qualifying round with eligible entries from individual breed classes. At each qualifying round the judge will select the Best Young Male and Best Young Female. All qualifying rounds will be arranged at Agricultural Shows, leading to a Final. Prizes for each preliminary round will be a glass trophy for the best young pig of each sex. which is to be held at the Malvern Autumn Show on 29 & 30 September 2018 at the Three Counties Showground. The final will be to judge the Best Young Male and Reserve; Best Young Female & Reserve, the Best Young Pig (ie.young Pig of the Year) and Reserve. There is a qualifying rosette for each competitor provided by the East of England Agricultural Society and a registration card which must be completed and returned by the competitor to the East of England Agricultural Society. 125 a) It is made in a proper manner on the official and appropriate form, signed by the exhibitor or an authorised agent, and complies in every respect with these regulations and any conditions that may be specified. b) The appropriate fee(s) as specified in the Prize Schedule are paid in full by the entry closing date. No fee(s) for which a receipt has been issued by the Show Office are returnable except under Regulations 5 and 8. a) All Classes are open except where otherwise stated in the Prize Schedule. Classes and Special Prizes restricted to a Norfolk exhibitor are open only to animals owned by an exhibitor occupying land and/or premises in Norfolk, on which the animal has lived for at least three months up to the date of the Show. The same animal may be entered in more than one class where eligible. a) An animal that is individually entered in and eligible for an appropriate class in the Prize Schedule may compete without payment of further fee for any Championship or Special Prize for which it is eligible, subject to the following conditions: i) A Championship Prize, under that heading in the Prize Schedule, shall be for the Best Exhibit or the Best Male or Female of one breed or, where applicable, of more than one breed, or the Best Inter-breed Group of animals. Entry for a Championship Prize is automatic and is not required on the entry form. ii) An exhibitor winning one or more of the Association's Trophies is required to return the same in good condition on demand and not less than one month prior to the Show of the following year. a) Every exhibitor will be held responsible for the correctness of their entry. If, when called upon to prove its correctness, they fail to do so, the entry in question will not be accepted or if already accepted may be cancelled or the exhibit may be disqualified and any award to it cancelled. b) If it shall be proved to the satisfaction of the Council, whose decision shall be final, that an exhibitor or competitor has quoted an incorrect date or has attempted to obtain a prize by any other unfair means the matter shall be dealt with under Regulation 24. a) The Association may refuse any entry, or cancel any entry already accepted, without any reason for doing so and reserves the right to refuse entries from any person who is under exclusion or suspension by any Breed, Livestock or Show organisation. b) Whenever, under this Regulation, an entry is refused or cancelled, or an exhibit is refused admission or removed, the fees paid for any such exhibit may, at the discretion of the Council, be refunded and, if refunded, shall be accepted by the exhibitor or intending exhibitor in full satisfaction of all claims against the Association. a) All exhibits must be bona fide property of the owner, whose name appears in the Show catalogue on the date appointed for the reservation of standings and pens and the closing of entries, and must remain in that ownership at the date of the Show, excepting only, as may be provided for in the Rules of any breed society or similar body, by which the classes are decreed to be regulated. b) An owner shall furnish proof of his bona fide ownership if called upon to do so, and if 124

126 he/she fails to satisfy the Council he/she shall be disqualified from receiving any prize. In the event of death of an owner between the date of entry and the date of the show the executors or personal representatives of the deceased will be deemed to be the owners. a) The pedigree and date of birth of each animal must be stated, where required on the appropriate entry form, except that in the case of horses (other than foals) and sheep, the year of birth only is required and in the commercial pig classes no date of birth is required. b) In case of doubt or protest, a certificate of age issued by one of the RNAA's appointed Veterinary Inspectors may be called for, and the decision of that Inspector shall be final. Where necessary, the age of an exhibit will be calculated to the first day of the Show, and any reference to months of age shall relate to calendar months. a) The Council reserves the right to cancel any class or to amalgamate any classes. Where classes are cancelled, any entry fees paid will automatically be refunded. b) If a ring change is required competitors will be notified in their packs. Rings are allocated based on the number of equine entries and to meet the requirements of the class to ensure the best possible showing conditions. a) Exhibitors are responsible to ensure that all stock are placed and secured in the accommodation provided. The stalling of the stock will be deemed to confirm the exhibitor's approval of the adequacy and safety of the accommodation to secure the stock. b) All animals must be on the Showground before their appointed time on Tuesday before the Show, as written in individual conditions. All livestock must be in their place at 8am on the first day of the Show, unless otherwise stated in the Prize Schedule. c) Where accommodation is provided, either automatically or at the exhibitors request, stock must stand in the boxes, stalls or pens, in accordance with the number allotted and displayed. Any exhibitor found guilty, either personally or through their stock assistants, of entering or taking possession of a box, pen or stall, or of interfering with the numbers erected on boxes, stalls or pens without the written authority of the Chairman of the Show Committee, will be liable to the cancellation of all their entries at the Show, may forfeit any prize money won and be dealt with in accordance with Regulation 23. a) All livestock vehicles shall be parked in the empties parks or authorised parking positions on arrival, or immediately after unloading of stock.. b) Any exhibitor who either personally, or through anyone acting on their behalf, fails to comply with vehicle parking regulations or the directions of the stewards will be liable to the cancellation of their entries and risks forfeiting any prize money. a) Details of relevant Animal Health Regulations are contained within this Prize Schedule. In all classes, animals must be free from clinical signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality. b) Animals suffering from any form of infectious or contagious disease, including ringworm or any other form of infectious or contagious skin ailment, must not be brought to the Show. c) All exhibitors must ensure that they comply fully with The 2007 EU Welfare in Transport Regulation (EC) No. 1/2005. d) Mammals shall not be considered fit for transport if they: i) are unfit animals (see DEFRA website Annex 1 Chapter 1 of Council 125

127 ii) iii) iv) Regulation 1/2005). are pregnant female animals that have reached the latest stage of gestation (within 10% of the estimated time of the gestation before birth) and for a period of one week after giving birth. are very young animals except if the journey is less than 100 km, e.g. calves of less than 10 days of age, pigs less than 3 weeks of age and lambs of less than one week. calves of less than 14 days of age on journeys exceeding 8 hours will not be permitted. a) All livestock may be inspected by one of the RNAA's appointed Veterinary Inspectors, who are authorised to exclude any animal from the Showground or place in quarantine, if in the opinion of that official, it is affected with any complaint or disease which is likely to prove dangerous to other animals. b) The Veterinary Inspector shall give a certificate of the reason for such action to the person in charge of the animal and the exhibitor shall be liable to pay to the RNAA up to 50 for liquidated damages for each animal, if more than one. It is a condition of entry that the RNAA's Veterinary Officers may, on their own authority, give such emergency treatment as they may consider appropriate in the event that the owner or his/her representative cannot be found. Exhibitors will be liable to pay for all drugs/treatment used by the RNAA's Veterinary Officers in the treatment of their animals. a) Any artificial contrivance or device of any description found on or proved to have been on/in an animal at any time, either for preventing the flow of milk or for any other improper purpose, will disqualify that animal from being awarded a prize and the owner of the animal may be prohibited from entering stock at future events. b) The term 'improper practice' shall be held to include, setting of teats and generally any other practice which results in the animals being shown other than in a natural state, and the RNAA reserves the right to have all animals inspected by the Senior Veterinary Officer either prior to, during or after judging or at any other time whilst on the Showground. a) The Judges are instructed to withhold any Prize where the entry is not of sufficient merit, and in awarding prizes in pedigree classes, to decide according to the relative merits of the animals for breeding purposes. b) The Council reserves the right to substitute other Judges for those announced in the Prize Schedule or to make additional appointments. The RNAA seeks to ensure that all its exhibitors are judged fairly and that there is no bias or favouritism. This is only achievable if owners, producers, riders, handlers and judges consider and observe the following rules: a) An animal may not be exhibited in a class or final where the animal or its owner, producer, rider or handler has one of the following, or similar, connections with the judge: i) If the animal has been under the ownership or production of any person for whom the judge, his/her partner or business partner has provided or obtained livery or had any other connection (business or otherwise) in the 12 months prior to the Show. ii) If the animal is or has been owned, bred, produced, trained or exhibited by the judge, a relative, business partner or partner. iii) If the animal is owned or produced by a person from whom the judge has purchased animals or to whom he/she sold animals in the 12 months prior to the Show in which he/she is judging. 126

128 b) to consider any connections they may have with the judge and stand down in any class, championship or final where they and other exhibitors may consider them showing under a particular judge to be a non-professional association. a) Any person wishing to make a protest shall do so in writing, and lodge it at the RNAA's Office with a deposit of 50. If, on investigation the protest is not sustained to the satisfaction of the RNAA's Chairman of the Executive or an officer nominated to act on his behalf, the deposit may be forfeited to the funds of the Association. b) A protest must be lodged before 6pm on the day of the occurrence to which it relates. Protests concerning a prize or award must be lodged within two hours of the award being made. Out of time protests will not be considered unless a satisfactory reason for the delay can be established. a) No animal will be allowed to wear rosettes or ribbons other than those issued by the Association and awarded at the current year's Show. b) In the case of any protest, whereby any prize animal becomes disqualified, the winner of the next succeeding prize in that Class, or the animal placed reserve for any Championship or Special Prize shall take the prize that had been awarded to such disqualified animal and the lowest prize in the class shall go to the reserve number, if any. c) In all cases where prizes are offered or awarded conditionally, they may be withheld until the exhibitor shall have proved to the satisfaction of the Council that the conditions have been complied with. a) No one will be allowed in Judging Rings whilst livestock is being judged except Officials of the Association and those in charge of exhibits. People in charge of exhibits must be suitably attired and are not permitted to smoke, drink, eat or chew when in a judging ring. b) Exhibitors or their Stock attendants may not light cooking stoves on the Showground, nor create any circumstances which may result in the outbreak of fire, for which they will be held responsible. The unauthorised offer of goods for sale in the livestock lines, vehicle parks or anywhere else on the Showground is strictly forbidden, and will automatically disqualify any entries from all concerned. c) An exhibitor or his handler who is responsible for an infringement of the regulations or misconduct, or any exhibitor or member of the general public who conducts himself in an improper or offensive manner, to any Judge, Member of Council, Steward or official appointed by the Association will be reported to the Chief Executive/Show Director. He/she may be refused entry to the Showground and may not be allowed to compete in any class or competition that he/she may have entered for the show or possibly any future Shows. a) It is a condition of entry that all prize winning animals will be paraded, shown or displayed in accordance with these Regulations, the programme of events, and the instructions of the Chairman of the Executive and Stewards. a) and one person for each animal during Judging or a Parade. These individuals shall be competent in the management of the stock and conscious of the exhibitor's responsibility and liability for any accident or injury caused by the stock, and the failure to exercise adequate control. The right is reserved to order the removal of any animal deemed dangerous or out of control. 127

129 b) Those in charge of exhibits will be subject to the orders and directions of the Chairman of the Executive, Stewards and Secretary. Exhibitors and their stock attendants will be expected to act with due courtesy at all times, and if guilty of improper behaviour before a Judge or at any other time, shall be liable to disqualification of all entries and withdrawal of prizes won. c) Stock attendants must be present each day of the Show and be available at least half an hour before the time appointed for the examination, judging or parade of the animals under their charge. No person will be allowed to take any animal from its standing or pen except for the aforesaid purposes and no rug or cloth shall be hung up or allowed to remain up so as to conceal any animal during the time the Show is open to the public without special permission of the Steward of the Department. a) No livestock may be removed from its place on the Showground before the authorised time of departure stated beneath the Breed and Section headings in the Prize Schedule, without the special permission of the Chairman of the Executive or Secretary in writing. This will be given, normally only on a certificate from one of the Association Veterinary Inspectors, stating that it is desirable that the animals should be removed on veterinary grounds. Where stock is removed before the appointed time the Association reserves the right to withhold payment of Prize Money and to refuse entries for future shows. a) Admission tickets in appropriate numbers will be issued to exhibitors and their stock attendants on the Showground in charge of livestock. These tickets (which are not transferable) and for which the exhibitor will be held responsible for the proper use, will be sent to the exhibitor with instructions before the Show. a) b) Each exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that may be done to or arising from any livestock, article or property exhibited or brought on to the Showground. Exhibitors shall be held responsible for the behaviour of their stock attendants, the consequences of any negligence or misconduct and for any penalties imposed. c) d) The use of Trailers, Horseboxes and other vehicles as sleeping accommodation is not authorized unless vehicles are fitted for this purpose. a) All data given upon entry of all classes to the RNAA may be provided to various Breed Societies and etc for checking eligibility and publication of results. a) Any infringement of these Regulations shall be dealt with by the Council or, with the authority of that body, by its Chairman of the Executive, and may result in a fine up to 100 for each infringement. All fines, fees, and charges shall be recoverable by the Secretary, and until payment is made, persons owing them shall be prohibited from exhibiting at the Association's Shows. 128

130 b) All people, livestock and articles entering the Showground or Car Parks shall be subject to the orders, rules and regulations of the Council and of any officer appointed by them. The Stewards have power to order any livestock, article or person who does not conform to the regulations of the Association or the directions of the Stewards, to leave or to be taken from the Showground or Car Park. c) The Association reserves the right to interpret these or any other prescribed conditions and regulations and settle and determine all matters, questions, or differences connected with the Shows.
