TIMETABLE & ENTRY LIST Listed below is the final timetable. Please note that there may be schedule changes, so make sure you recheck the time of your event prior to the competition. The timetable and entry lists will be available at: Please Note Some slight changes were made to the timetable on 4/3/15. Please re-check the timetable to ensure that you are aware of the correct start times for your event/s. VENUE The competition will be held at the State Athletics Facility (SAF), Queensland Sport & Athletics Centre (QSAC). The venue is located on the corner of Mains Road and Kessels Road, Nathan. The main entrance is off Mains Road. Parking is available at the venue and is free of charge. BIBS & ADVERTISING Please wear your competition bib numbers (provided at athlete check-in) on the front & back of your competition uniform, attached firmly with not less than four (4) pins, so the entire number and sponsorship information can be easily read. Athletics Australia will enforce IAAF rules, which renders an athlete liable to disqualification if he/she tampers in any way with the competition number.

2 ATHLETE INFORMATION DOCUMENT PAGE 2 OF 5 Athletes are strongly encouraged to wear either National/State/Institute or Club uniform. Athletes may wear a uniform of their choice provided it complies with the IAAF advertising regulations. Any athlete who wears non permitted advertising (i.e. other than clothing manufacturer s logos or approved club sponsor logos of the permitted size - please read IAAF regulations if you are in doubt) will be disqualified from the event and be ineligible to receive any awards, prize money or votes. For a second offence, the athlete will be disqualified from participating in subsequent meets, and thereby become ineligible for selection. A call room will be in operation on Saturday only (see sections below). On all other days of the championships there will not be a call room so athletes will proceed straight to the event site no later than 15 minutes before the start time of their event. PERSONAL IMPLEMENTS Athletes who wish to use their own throwing implements during the event MUST lodge them with the Technical Manager at the Technical/Equipment Room, no later than two hours before the scheduled starting time of that particular event. The Technical Room is in the white building behind the Control Room, entry is through the door nearest to the canteen The implements will be impounded until after the event or events for which they are submitted at which time athletes may collect them from the Technical Room. Athletes are expected to provide their own vaulting poles. The Organizing Committee will not provide vaulting poles. Poles do not need to go to Technical Room poles are checked at the event site by the Referee. Warm-up will be available at the main stadium (QSAC). Access to the main stadium (warm up) is via the southern gates next to the western grandstand. Field event warm up will be available during the allocated time prior to the start of the event. RESULTS Event results will be posted on the results board located near the check-in area. Results will also be published online via our live results system at: FIRST AID / MEDICAL First aid is available in the first aid room behind the administration room at the finish line. 3 ATHLETE INFORMATION DOCUMENT PAGE 3 OF 5 IPC GRAND PRIX MEET In addition to the general information above, the following information is also applicable to participants in the IPC Grand Prix Meet on Saturday afternoon. The Call Room for ALL events in the IPC Grand Prix Meet will be located in the marquees at in the north end (100m start end) of the track. All athletes must report to the Call Room on time with their competition bib numbers (provided at athlete check-in) attached with not less than four (4) pins on the front and back of their competition uniform. Hip numbers will be provided by an official in the Call Room. In the Call Room athletes will be expected to demonstrate that their competition uniform, singlet and numbers, shoes and other equipment comply with the competition rules. The closing Call Entry Times at the Call Room are (prior to scheduled event starting times): Pole Vault: 70 minutes All other Field Events: 40 minutes All Track Events: 20 minutes This time allows for marshalling and movements to the competition site. The remainder of the time may be used to complete the warm-up at the competition site where the competition site is not in use (under the supervision of the officials). If an athlete is already or likely to be competing in another event at the designated marshalling time, the athlete or someone on his/her behalf must notify the Call Room of this prior to the designated marshalling time. Athletes MUST NOT go directly to the event site. Athletes that do not report to the Call Room will run the risk of being disqualified from the competition. Athletes will proceed to the start of their event from the Call Room ACCOMPANIED BY A CALL ROOM MARSHALL. Athletes who proceed to the event not accompanied by a marshal may not be allowed to start. POST EVENT CONTROL Will be located at the end of the finish line. Athletes baskets containing clothes, bags, etc, will be delivered to this area for collection at the conclusion of your event. ALL ATHLETES must leave the track via the Post Event Control area. Warm-up will be available at the main stadium (QSAC). Access to the main stadium (warm up) is via the southern gates next to the western grandstand. Field event warm up will be available during the allocated time prior to the start of the event.

At the conclusion of the event, all athletes must leave the track immediately via the Post Event Control area. QUEENSLAND TRACK CLASSIC INFORMATION In addition to the general information above, the following information is also applicable to participants in the Queensland Track Classic on Saturday night. ENTRY TO STADIUM All competing athletes must collect their entry tickets from the accreditation tent prior to going through the main entry gate. Two tickets will be provided for each competing athlete, one for the athlete to gain entry and the other ticket for their coach/other. GATE ENTRY FEES The ticket prices for all other spectators will be $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for concessions. Kids under 13 are free. The Call Room for ALL events will be located in the marquees at in the north end (100m start end) of the track. Athletes and coaches wishing to access the warm up track must ensure they collect a pass out card from security when exiting the competition track. Access to the main stadium (warm up) is via the southern gates next to the western grandstand. Field event warm up will be available during the allocated time prior to the start of the event. Athletes will not have access to the track other than when they are led out from the Call Room prior to their event. At the conclusion of the event, all athletes must leave the track immediately via the Post Event Control area. RECOVERY CEBTRE The Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) Recovery Centre will be made available to QTC athletes during the following times: Friday 7pm - 10pm Sat 5pm - 10pm Please wait outside the front door of the Recover Centre and a supervisor will take you through.
