If possible. Food van on site Sunday. There will be no refreshments on Saturday. Running is on the grass. Running will be on grass, around a 500m lap. Walk the running course Please report to the shooting hall as soon as you can preferably 15 minutes Please ensure pistol has enough air before arriving. Flat head pellets only Please do not leave guns unattended. Children must not carry guns (over 18 only), you are in a public place. NB If dry we will run the bean bag outdoors as soon as practically possibe after intro run Please be ready to run and swim 10 minutes before the stated times Intro swim warm up will be a quick dip of 2 minutes Intro swimmers MUST use buoyancy aids if the they can not swim a length unaided. Please see list of helpers. If anyone on the list is unable to help or would prefer another task please contact me. Would other parents willing to help please make themselves aware to phase stewards and we can rotate some of you. If you are helping and need a break please arrange for someone to cover your position. Some Junior girls have also been chosen to help with the Intro swim see list. Swim:- XC:- We'll organise a briefing beforehand, and hopefully pair up newcomers with a more experienced person. Bring CLEAN trainers, sandals, crocs, bare feet etc to wear pool-side. XC Numbers will be available at the XC registration. Alt. you may wear your own number bib. Please be ready to ride at your appointed time on XC. Vetted ponies will go when ready. Please acquaint your self with the XC rules including dress and equipment. Housekeeping:- Please keep dogs on leads and clean up all rubbish as it is important we leave the venues as we found them. Prize Giving:- Only one prize giving on Sunday at approximately 14:00 Tri only competitors may collect phase WINNER rossettes at any time from Kate Farnsworth. Intros rosettes to 6th place all phases.
