4 Arrival: Where: Royalty Pecan Farms State Hwy. 21E Caldwell, Texas Please plan on arriving at least 45 minutes before your race start time to allow for time to park, get your get acquanited with your surroundings, and work through any pre-race jitters you may have. Schedule: 3:30pm 4:30pm 5:00pm 5:30pm 6:00pm 6:05pm 6:30pm 6:45pm 7:00pm 7:15pm 7:30pm Race day packet pick up opens The Yoga District leads 15K warm-up 15K starts The Yoga District leads 10K warm-up 10K starts The Yoga District leads 5K warm-up 5K starts 15K awards (approximate time - dependent on awards being populated) HiFi band starts playing 10K awards (approximate time - dependent on awards being populated) 5K awards (approximate time - dependent on awards being populated)

5 Post-Race: HiFi will kick off their tunes to celebrate your race finish at 7pm. They will play their awesome music while you eat dinner and drink a cold beer provided by New Republic Brewing Co. Royalty Pecan Farms will have their store open and selling their wonderful pecans and treats along with glasses and bottles of wine! So come to run and stay to relax! Dinner Menu: Pecan-crusted chicken, Royalty Pecan Farms Pecan Pie, and a cold beer from New Republic Brewing Co. Pictures: Pictures taken on the course and at the finish line are free! They will be uploaded the week after the race and an emal will be sent to you once they are ready.

6 15K Starts at 5:00pm There will be 6 separate water stations (You will pass a total of 8 on your journey) stocked with water, gatorade, and candy. Two will have gels to fuel your efforts. 4 of the stations will have portable toilets available. This is a true trail run that will go through dirt, grass, mulch, possible water, etc. Sunset is at 7:20pm, but will truly be dark by 7:40pm. There is a 2.5 hour time limit for this course (approximately 16-minute per mile). If you think you will be pushing the upper limit of this time, please plan accordingly and bring a flash light or headlamp. 10K Starts at 6:00pm There will be 4 water stations stocked with water, gatorade, and candy. One will have gels to fuel your efforts. 2 of the stations will have portable toilets available. This is a true trail run that will go through dirt, grass, mulch, possible water, etc. Sunset is at 7:20pm, but will truly be dark by 7:40pm. There is a two hour time limit for this course (approximately 16- minutes per mile). If you think you will be pushing the upper limit of this time, please plan accordingly and bring a flash light or headlamp. 5K Starts at 6:30pm There will be 2 water stations stocked with water, gatorade, and candy to fuel your efforts. There will be portable toilets available at both water stations. Most of this course is run on dirt. However, please know that it is a trail run and depending on weather the terrain may change. Sunset is at 7:20pm, but will truly be dark by 7:40pm. There is a 1.25 hour time limit for this course. If you think you will be pushing the upper limit of this time, please plan accordingly and bring a flash light or headlamp.

9 Can I bring Fluffy? No, due to the course terrain this is not the place for Fido. Can I bring my child in a stroller? No, the terrain for all courses is not suitable for strollers. Is the race refundable? Refunds are not available for any reason. By registering for this event you agreed to these refund terms. What if the weather is bad? If there is inclement weather on race day, the Race Director and Royalty Pecan Farms Managers will postpone or cancel the race in regards to runners safety. If at all possible, we will switch to the rain alternate courses rather than cancel the race. Please be sure to check our Facebook page and your for any updates.
