4 10) Competition Format: Junior Participants for 4KM & 15KM (17 years old and below): All participants of this category are required to fill in the parental/guardian consent form, to be submitted during goodie bag collection. The consent form can be found in the attachment. - The race is open to all Malaysian, Permanent Residence (PR) and expatriates with working permit in Malaysia and foreigners (non Malaysian). - Participants who completes the online registration form agrees to abide by the rules and regulation of the event. - The organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these rules and regulations of the race from time to time without prior notice. - The race will start from Pulau Tuba jetty and through the route specified by the organizer and ends at point used as the starting point. - The race is based on the cut-off-time system; Only runners who finish the race within the allocated time will be entitled to prizes and finisher medals. - Winner will be determined based on the fastest time taken at the finishing line. - Finisher Medals will be awarded to all participants in every category who complete the race within the allocated time. - The organizer will brief the participants about the race route 15 minutes before the race begins. - The organizer decision is final. 11) The cut-off-time for all category is set at 1.30PM. 12) Safety and health measure: The participant should be free from any medical, physical, mental disability and chronic/infections disease which would deem unsafe to participate in the race. 13) The organizer will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants. However, every participant is responsible for his/her involvement in the race. The organizer will not be liable for any injuries, mishaps, sickness, death or loss/damage to personal property that may occur during the race. 14) Race Entry Pack Collection - There will be TWO options for Race Entry Pack Collection. - Collection A: A WEEK before Race Day. 7 Terms & Conditions 1) All participants are to ensure that information submitted in the registration is complete and accurate. 2) The confirmation of participation is ONLY VALID with the confirmed payment of the registration fees. 3) A race registration confirmation will be sent upon successful payment. If you do not receive the confirmation within 7 working days from the successful payment date, please contact our hotline or us at info@racexasia.com. 4) The Confirmation is the ONLY VALID proof of confirmed registration and to be use for the collection of race kits / participation. 5) By confirmation of payment, the participants agreed to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Event Organizer (refers as Organizer ). 6) All entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE, NOT REFUNDABLE AND NOT DEFERRABLE. 7) Upon confirmation of participation, changing of categories or other details will not be entertained. 8) The Organizer reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons. 9) The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before deadline without prior notice. 10) The Organizer reserves the right to change the event date or venue at their own discretion. 11) Non-Malaysian participants must ensure that they fulfill all entry, exit, health and other requirements.
