2 Professional Equipments IRATECH Subsea operates three Air Diving Systems, Diving equipment supplied for projects certified, maintained and operated in accordance with International Maritime Contractors Association (IMCA) Guidelines and Codes of Practice for offshore diving operations. IRATECH Subsea offer company containerized systems providing Dive Control, Main Diver Control Panel, Twin Lock Deck Decompression Chamber, HP & LP Compressors, Launch and Recovery System and Diver's Stage / Wet Bell. Optional Construction support equipment is available including Bolt tensioning equipment, Water Jetting equipment, Broco underwater cutting equipment, Grit entrenched systems, Large flow capacity pumps and Aluminum work boats. Optional Inspection equipment is available including CCTV, metrology equipment; HUT meters CP meters and MPI equipment. Our Air Diving Equipment are maintained and certified according to the best industry practice(s) and requirement(s) of the document set out in the HSE/IMCA Guidelines and Code of Practice. In particular the company will comply with IMCA International Code of Practices for Offshore Diving. Diving Equipment will be maintained and certified in accordance with IMCA/HSE, Code of Practice for the Design, Construction, Installation and Maintenance of Diving Plant and Equipment, and Diving equipment will be checked and inspected according to CSWIP/MPI Diving Systems Inspection Guidance. 1T 1T Timber Piles Cutting/Drilling With our air operated chainsaws and hydraulic drilling system. Underwater Cutting and Welding Using Thermal Arc (Broco) cutting equipment, we can cut sheet steel or tubular steel piles, as required as well as doing all wet welding. Card ox Rock/Concrete Materials Breaking System Card ox employs the rapid expansion of carbon dioxide to break down surrounding materials, ideal where explosives are not permitted. 3 Concrete From mass concrete placing to masonry joint grouting we cover the whole spectrum. Placing of concrete bag-work underwater is our specialty. Air Bags We keep a selection of totally enclosed lifting bags and standard parachute bags for salvage and for other buoyancy requirements. H.P. Water Jetting We can carry out H.P. water jetting of surfaces both above and below water. For underwater use we have the availability of an underwater gun with retro jet facilities. Another of our specialties is the cleaning of empty underground reservoirs, where all surfaces and columns are cleaned using H. P. water jetting equipment in a confined space environment. Search & Recovery As with most diving contractors, search and recovery is a regular feature of our work but we do it using latest technology of Side Scan sonar system and Ultrasonic Wave cameras, USBL and other required techniques. 6 Tow camera systems: IRATECH SUB SYSTEMS A low cost alternative for underwater surveys where an ROV system is not required and where a large area needs to be surveyed quickly. Excellent for search, survey, Environmental & Quality surveys. Mobile Trailer: We are one of the few diving company contractor using mobile diving units for rapid mobilization, time is the ultimately important factor and only irreversible item! The amount of time lost as a result of mobilisation and de-mobilisation of diving equipments on site is considerable, By employing MDU we are able to deploy a diver within one hour of arriving on site. Our 20' self-contained, fully mobile trailer is ideally suited for emergency callout work for ship husbandry and repairs or when video inspections are required. Our trailer contains all necessary controls and safety equipment and is fully compliant with IMCA and HSE operational standards. 16 Portable Oxygen distribution system for 3 masks includes: A. Heavy duty transport box, complete with integrated panel, consisting an aluminum anodized control panel, with line diagrams, pictograms, as well as 3 x inhalation and exhalation breathing regulators with a free flow adjustment knob, all with inhalation and exhalation isolation valves. B. The interface hoses between the oxygen inlet and the oxygen outlet system, length each hose 3 meters, and complete with phosphor bronze swaged fittings. C. The chamber wall penetrations with control valves D. Oxygen inhalation and exhalation hoses with a length of 45 meters E. 1 x high pressure oxygen regulator; 1 x oxygen BIBS vacuum controller; 1 x low pressure reducer in the control panel. F. Exhaust vacuum system which makes it possible to exhale at shallow depths, and this exhaust vacuum control system will be installed in an heavy duty transport case (identical to the oxygen panel which is used for the portable oxygen control panel). G. All quick connectors on the oxygen control- as well as vacuum panels-, as well as on the hoses-, will be provided with blind caps/protective caps. All fitted together to a full working system. The breathing masks to be connected to the portable oxygen system 1. We use Sea Long resuscitation masks with a soft wearing comfort, better than the most other masks on the market. 2. The mask comes complete with a 90 degrees hose adaptor, and the headgear. 3. Also masks are designed for long term use, and can be disinfected easily. The communication system for the oxygen breathing masks: The technician wearing a throat microphone, which has to be mounted around the neck / throat, by means of a small rubber strap The communication box: The communication box is a transportable box with handgrip, and front lid to be installed at the position of the lock attendant or supervisor. The communication box is provided with a 220 volt power supply, as well as a rechargeable battery. Further the system is provided with volume controls, electrical connectors for the power leads running from the chamber to the diver communication box. 17 Digital Gas Analyzer (Oxygen, CO, CO2) To monitor the level of toxic gases like Carbon monoxide and carbon Dioxide we use portable Gas detector as an alternative to Tube test system, though while decompression running by Oxygen to maintain the level of O2 below acceptable level (23%) we use the Digital gas Detector to check the level and balance it by refreshing if needed, these Analyzers are equipped with alerting system which can be adjusted to desired levels. Air supply Breathing protection equipment In order to provide clean breathable able to divers while working, particularly when welding & cutting are included it is vital to use a Air delivery system. This can be a basic Scuba unit, a half mask or the best option (our recommendation) use of FULL FACE MASK. There are varieties of FFM available which can be used. DRAGER The compressed air filter unit AF 1400 produces breathing air in compliance with international standards from every Compressed air source. The unit is fully compatible with all Breathing protection devices that run with compressed air. The device can supply breathing air for up to four persons. No electrical socket is required. (Our Recommendation) OTS FFM The Guardian Full Face Mask is comfortable and is easy to use for anyone. The low profile visor ensures great visibility. Set up is fast and the hose is on the right side which helps to keep your configuration clean and organized. 20 AEROTEST Simultaneous LP & HP The Aerotest LP and HP are the standard low and high pressure Aerotest simultaneous kits. They are available in two sizes to facilitate easy mounting and be appropriate in the different Compartment sizes found in such hyperbaric systems. They are water/foam stored pressure type charged 7 up to 133 bar, with a suitable chamber gas-usually Air or helium. This gas provides plenty of overpressure required to force the water through the outlet nozzle, to give a strong jet. These units mainly comprise of one robust Steel cylinder containing the Water/foam mixture and pressurized gas.
