The Head of School position oversees all of the school s operations from its strategic plan [Photo by Melissa Plantz] By COLLIN MCRANN Staff reporter obin Putnam, a local Telluride High School graduate who went missing in Salt Lake City in the summer of 2012, is to be featured on a Discovery Network show focused on missing persons. The show is called LAST SEEN ALIVE and when it premiers this summer, it will tell the stories of 12 families and follow them as they try to find to its educational offerings and much more. Walker served as the interim head since the beginning of the current school year, replacing former head Joseph Stefani who held the position since Now, Walker said she has a number of goals to accomplish at the nonprofit school. For one thing we are increasing our experiential program, lost loved ones. One of the families featured is Cindy and Doug Putnam of Rico, who have been searching for their son since he disappeared without a trace almost two years ago. The show premiers on June 1, and the episode featuring Robin Putnam s story will air on July 15 at 7 p.m. mountain time. Cindy Putnam said her hope is that by being on the show, their story will reach a national and possibly international audience, which will help the family s effort to locate her son. We haven t really had any solid tips [since Robin disappeared], Putnam said. Through Facebook, I ve had several decent tips. But I ve been able to follow most of them and confirm that they were not him. But it s unbelievable how many people go missing every year.
