4 RIVER DITRICT The River District consists of the area between the and tate Highway 44, and between Emmett Road on the west and Duff Lane on the east. The River District Concept Plan intends to account for landowners and how they would like to use their properties while improving livability, walkability and health in. The River District Concept Plan was reviewed by floodplain and wetland experts and has been given a preliminary thumbs-up. Wildlife habitat areas shown in light brown are intermixed with Phases 2 and 3 of the Mill lough Water Quality Plan, shown in light orange. A radio control airplane park was added south of the future sports field about one-half mile east of Road and one-half mile south of Highway 44. Epic swings were added along the rather than picnic tables so far from parking. A four-acre dog park is at the west end of the park near the parking lot. A chain-link fence will be around the perimeter and through the middle of the dog park. This will allow half of the park to be used at a time while the groundcover on the other half rests and groundcover restores.
