ELIGIBILITY: Prior to entering, please refer to the SGA 2015 Eligibility Requirements found at SGA2015.com/Eligibility. SITES: Bob Devaney Sports Center (1600 Court St, Lincoln) Woods Memorial Pool (3200 J St, Lincoln) Specific sites per session listed below. ADMISSION: Admission will be charged daily at both Swimming venues. Adults: $5 Students (6-18 Years): $2 Children (5 & Younger): FREE Admission with Super Pass: FREE All registered athletes receive a complimentary Super Pass in the athlete packet. Additional Super Passes for spectators and family members can be purchased for $20 at SGA2015.com/Admissions. The Super Pass gains free admission to all SGA 2015 events and venues, including the Opening Ceremonies, Athlete Villages and competition sites. AWARDS: Custom State Games of America gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in all events, including relays. The Doc Hammer Trophy will be awarded to the male 200 meter freestyle winner (event 221) and the Jill Garlock Trophy to the female 200 meter freestyle winner (event 222). RELAYS: Registration for relays is deck entry only (a fee of $3 per swimmer per relay event will be collected on-site) and participants must be pre-registered in at least one Swimming event. The no-recall start will be used. USA SWIMMING APPROVED MEET: Like events may be seeded together and scored separately. Meet is tailored for 18 & Under (age determined as of July 31, 2015) year-round USA Swimming swimmers. This is an approved meet. There are no minimum times for this meet. Times for swimmers who are USA Registered swimmers at the time of the swim will be entered into the USA Swimming database and the Midwestern Swimming database (NO FEE or APPLICATION NECESSARY). RECREATIONAL MEET: Meet is for swimmers who are not USA Swimming registered or do not swim for a year-round program and are age 18 or younger (age determined as of August 1, 2015). ADULT MEET: Swimmers will be seeded by entry time, and if no entry time, by age (age determined as of August 1, 2015), with younger swimmers in center lanes. REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES Non-Nebraska Athletes: REGISTRATION FEES: First Event: $39 per swimmer Additional Events: $3 per swimmer FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY, MAY 15 In order to allow organizers enough time to plan, all non-nebraska athletes must be registered by May 15, 2015.

7 Nebraska Athletes: IF REGISTERED BY THE DISCOUNT DEADLINE OF MONDAY, JUNE 1: First Event: $39 per swimmer Additional Events: $3 per swimmer IF REGISTERED BETWEEN JUNE 2 AND JULY 1: First Event: $44 per swimmer Additional Events: $3 per swimmer FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE WEDNESDAY, JULY 1: The final registration deadline for most sports is Wednesday, July 1. Some sports will accept late registrations with an additional $10 late fee. MULTI-EVENT DISCOUNT NOTE: If registering for multiple events, all entries must occur in the same transaction to receive the multi-event discount. ENTRY FEE INCLUDES: 2015 State Games of America athlete shirt, free admission to the Opening Ceremonies and Athlete Village(s) and other sponsored items in the athlete packet.
