Sanction: Eligibility: USATT Open to all players General/Standard USATT Tournament Rules: 1. All rules and regulations of USATT will govern,even for non-sanctioned events. 2. Events with insufficient entries may be canceled and entry fees refunded in full. 3. Unrated Players can enter rated Sanctioned events but may not advance from Round-Robin group. 4. The two-minute warm-up rule before each match will be enforced. 5. Decision of the Tournament Referee is final. 6. Players MUST check in with tournament officials at least 30 min before the schedule starting time of each event. 7. Under Means UNDER the age but if your 10 th birthday falls on the day of the Tournament, you are eligible to play in the Under-10 event. Please note this requirement for all Junior Age Events! 8. Over means that you will be over the age on December 31, E.g. if you are Over 50 on Dec 31, 2016, you can play in the Over-50 event even if you are not yet 50 on day of tournament. Please note this requirement for all Senior Age Events! Special Entry Rules for THIS TOURNAMENT: 1. Entries for the Non-Sanctioned AGED events are limited to unrated players with no USATT,Club or League Ratings. 2. You CANNOT play in both the Non-Sanctioned and Sanctions Events Please pick one! 3. Results of the Non-Sanctioned Events will not count for USATT official ratings Ratings and Entry Deadline: 1. USATT rating of record of Friday, May 20, 2016 will be used to determine rated event eligibility and for seeding. 2. All Entries and Fees must be received by Friday, May 27, Join TCAAT 6/4/16 tournament,won't change seating of the 2016 US National. Matches and Seeding: 1. Seeding will be based on a Modified Snake Draw. 2. Seeding for Unsanctioned Events will be based on a Random Draw. 3. All events will be 2 or 3 player Round-Robin (RR) followed by Single Elimination (SE) rounds. 4. Only one winner from each RR group will advance to the SE rounds unless otherwise note at day of tournament,. 5. In case of low number of entries in an event or to balance the SE rounds, some events may advance the top 2 players of RR groups to SE rounds. 6. All matches will be best 3 of 5, 11-point games except the Open Finals, which will be best 4 of 7 games.

The US Nationals are being held July 4 th - 9 th this year rather than in December, the US Open was moved to December. Whatever a player s ratings is as of 5/5/2016, that s what will determine the events they are eligible to play in at the Nationals. If their rating changes after 5/5, it won t change the events they can enter to Nationals,so join TCAAT 6/4/16 tournament,won't change The US National seating.
