45 Conclusions cycling the sustainable opportunity? Yes!.but it takes time! Infrastructure is a good start.but more is needed; marketing, behaviour, commuitybuilding etc. E-bikes may change attitude towards cyling Offer cyclist more and car and scooter drivers the same they have now 045
