40 Core Ideas of Integrated Mobility Planning in Berlin Berlin is a diverse city spatially, structurally, socially and from a mobility point of view. Addressing diversities in transport planning requires a comprehensive overall strategy that is long-term orientated, reliable, yet also flexible, and integrated. Integration of transport modes also means integration of actors: in politics, administration and with regard to the citizens. 40
