1 LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA Adopted on 24 June 20 ON MAKING AMMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO THE CRIMINAL CODE OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA Article 1. In Article 266(5) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia of 18 April 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the Code ) and in the Annex thereto, the words with the Annex and Annex shall be replaced by with Annex No 1 and Annex No 1 respectively. Article 2. In Article 275 of the Code: (1) part 2(2) and part 3(2) shall be repealed; (2) parts 2.1 and 2.2 shall be added which read as follows: 2.1. Illegal preparation, processing, acquisition, storage, transportation, delivery of drastic substances, not considered as narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, for the purpose of sales or the illegal sales thereof on a large scale shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of maximum four years. 2.2 The same act committed (1) by a group of persons acting in a conspiracy; (2) repeatedly shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of four to five years. ; (3) part 5 shall be replaced by the following: 5. To define the list of toxic substances in this Code in accordance with Annex No 2 attached to this Code. ; (4) part 6 shall be added which reads as follows:

2 6. To define the large scale of drastic substances in this Code in accordance with Annex No 3 attached to the Code.. Article 3. In accordance with Annex No 1 and Annex No 2, the Code shall be supplemented with Annexes No 2 and No 3 which read as follows: Annex No 2 to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia LIST OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES 1. 3,4-methylene dioxyphenyl-2-propanone 2.
