Reg 9/98, the Drug Schedules Regulation; (b) the attached Resolution of the Council of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia dated June 13, 1998, amending the Drug Schedules Regulation referred to in paragraph (a) of this Order; and (c) the attached Resolution of the Council of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia dated August 24, 1998, further amending the Drug Schedules Regulation referred to in paragraph (a) of this Order. 2 Resolution of the Council of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia ("the Council"), made at Vancouver, British Columbia, the 24th day of August RESOLVED THAT: In accordance with the authority established in Section 64 of The Pharmacists, Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 363 of British Columbia, the Council amends the Drug Schedule by regulation as set out in the attached schedule, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council. 7 SCHEDULE That, effective immediately, the Drug Schedules be amended as follows, according to the 12 June 1998 resolution of Council. I. In the introduction section "Unscheduled (Nonpharmacy Sale)": Delete the following paragraph: If any one ingredient of a combination product falls under Schedule I, for example, the entire product is considered to be a Schedule I drug. Similarly, if one ingredient of a combination product falls under Schedule II, the product must not be accessible to the public. 2. On every page where it is listed: Delete the footer: Prescription not required if sold for veterinary use. And add the footer: v Prescription not required if sold for veterinary use, provided that the product is labelled by the manufacturer "for agricultural use only" or "for veterinary use only." 3.
