Installation instructions You can make ventilation grilles to any dimensions you want with a minimum of profiles and accessories.

They are available in anodised natural colour, white painted or raw aluminium.

Fitting the frame sections: The frame sections are joined together with corner pieces.

Fitting the blade supports: Rivet the blade supports to the perforated vertical sections. 4.

The blades are cut to the required length and fixed to the blade supports (clipping system).

2 Installation instructions You can make ventilation grilles to any dimensions you want with a minimum of profiles and accessories. These grilles with slats are made with aluminium profiles. They are available in anodised natural colour, white painted or raw aluminium. A groove in provided in the frame for the installation of insect screen.. Cutting to size: Horizontal and vertical frame sections should be mitred at 45 : - horizontal frame sections are not perforated - vertical sections are perforated to attach the blade supports. Fitting the frame sections: The frame sections are joined together with corner pieces. Tap with a nylon hammer to ensure proper insertion. Clamp the frame sections with the punching machine. 3. Fitting the blade supports: Rivet the blade supports to the perforated vertical sections. 4. Fitting the blades: Determine the length of the blades in a way that they fit exactly inside the frame. The blades are cut to the required length and fixed to the blade supports (clipping system). Fitting should start at the top and work down. 5. Strengthening the louvers and blades: It is recommended to reinforce all louvres at least 700 mm wide (including models 4 and 45) with section 3 and T-pieces Powder-coating the louvres: The louvres can be powder-coated after assembly. In the event of separate powder-coating, the blade supports remain in natural aluminium. 7. Insect screen or bird mesh: The stainless steel insect screen is fitted into a groove on the back of the frame by means of a PVC bead. Free optimising software available on request.
