Poems, stories, games and songs make it interesting, silly and joyful. Counting forwards and backwards to see how long you can hold a breath make it a challenge and fun. This helps with memory, patience and concentration. Lying quietly for a few moments, eyes closed and listening to soft music and hearing a gentle voice can calm the body and mind. For young busy, over stimulated youngsters this is very important. It helps them to accept and appreciate quiet time, gratitude and peace. Mrs. Dhariwal is a mom, a wife, a Montessori School Teacher, a Yoga instructor and a volunteer Meditation Practitioner. She has a Masters in Early Childhood (Montessori) and a RYT-200 International Certification in Yoga as well as a Certification in Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga. She has been practicing yoga since 1985 and teaching since She feels that Yoga's popularity is rising as more and more people are seeking its benefits for body, mind and spirit. There is no strength like the strength of yoga. It makes us stronger, yet stress free. Yoga sessions are created with warmth, compassion, knowledge and humor. Fee: $150 for 10 sessions
