1 Congratulations to the Cast and Crew!! Welcome to LMS Drama s Spring Production of Peter Pan, Jr! First of all, we want to thank everyone who came out to audition and signed up to do crew. We had 65 audition for cast and 35 come out for crew. It is not an easy task, but we find a place for everyone. We know there will be some who are disappointed, but keep in mind, everyone, no matter what their role, is equally important to the success of this show. And, we always have fun! Once again, please review the rehearsal calendar to make sure this is a realistic commitment. Especially the mandatory rehearsals. If you look at the scene list and cross reference the rehearsal calendar, who will have your rehearsal schedule. There may be a few added days for the dancers. Please accept or decline your role by January 21st by ing Mrs. McDaniel at mcdaniju@lovelandschools.org If we don t hear from you by the 21st, we will assume you have declined your role. **Everyone is included, so if you don t see your name on the cast or crew list - PLEASE LET US KNOW. You will receive your script at the first rehearsal. After you get your scripts, you will be expected to review your lines and music PRIOR to your scheduled rehearsals. The first rehearsal is Tuesday, January 22nd from 2:30-5:00pm. This will be followed by a parent meeting at 5:00pm. *Anyone interested in helping with costumes, we will have a costume meeting following the parent meeting. Parents: Here s an opportunity to flex your creativity. This is a really big show. We are going to need a lot of help building sets, painting the set and creating costumes. Construction and costuming dates are on the rehearsal calendar. Painting will start when construction is complete.

2 **If you would like to help with costumes, please plan on staying after the parent meeting on Tuesday. We try to divide up the costume list so it s not such a big job for any one person to tackle.
