1 AFTH COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS, IS LOVE IN ACTION.. AFTH 2017 Christmas Performance Schedule PLEASE NOTE : NOVEMBER IS THE LAST DAY OF STUDIO CLASSES DUE TO PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE. In DECEMBER All classes will move from the classroom to their community performances. All rehearsals and performance time are listed below. This is the 2017 Christmas Performance Schedule. Please make every possible effort to accommodate these dates during your busy holiday season. Listed below is your child s performance venue(s) including address, phone number, driving directions, call time and other important information. If you don t know how to get to your child s venue, call that facility directly for information. Each class depends on all of the students being present at the performance. Please be present at your child s performance, as well as all classes prior to their performance. If you are unable to attend your performance, let your teacher know immediately. ALL CLASSES PERFORM AT 3 VENUES.(except some company classes may have only 1 or more) Please check the Schedule carefully. Please take note that all classes are scheduled at 3 locations, but some classes may have more so please check the schedule carefully.read all enclosed information to make sure you have noted all performance dates, times and locations. Parking is limited at all of our performance locations, so please carpool if at all possible. You may video tape your child s dance, but do NOT video tape any adult residents or children at these facilities. AFTH considers these performances opportunities for ministry to the people we are visiting. Not all performances will be in a large facility, and as such, we ask that you honor our request for only one parent present at these locations. We ask that each dancer bring the items listed under each performance location based on their requests.. AFTH students bless the residents of these facilities with their presence. A gift is something extra that they will treasure and greatly appreciate. Calvary invites you to attend Noel, a special Christmas musical celebration on Friday night, December 1, at 7:00 PM. Enjoy your favorite songs of the Christmas season as we celebrate Christ s birth through music & drama. Refreshments will be served in the House Foyer following the program.
