Bank draft and credit card information must be provided at the time of registration; 10% additional student tuition discount for immediate family members (applies to lowest tuition amount) SUMMER CLASS CARDS: For students & adults who anticipate several absences and thus may be able to save on cost. 1 drop-in class: $25 5 class card: $ class card: $ class: $ class card: $260 Cards are applicable ONLY for classes for which you have registered. Cards are nonrefundable, non-transferrable, and non-replaceable. A drop-in rate of $25 will be due if the card is not on hand at the time of class (it cannot be punched at a later time). No refunds/credit will be given for classes not used, or for cards that are lost or stolen. Cards expire on August 10 th. SUMMER TUITION FINANCIAL POLICIES: Summer tuition is due in full by June 1st and cannot be pro-rated. Bank draft is required for payment; should your bank draft be rejected, payment will be processed via the cc on file with a 4% convenience fee. Cash and/or checks also acceptable. All payments are nonrefundable and non-transferrable. Tuition does not vary or pro-rate even in the event of absences. Missed classes can be made up with office permission within 2 weeks of the missed class; there are no refunds for missed classes or dropped classes. Class changes after registration will incur a change fee of $20. Payments made AFTER the 3rd will incur a late fee of $15, and a $35 fee will be applied to all returned checks. Students will be dropped from a class for accounts unpaid more than 21 days after due date. Parents must pay a late pick-up fee of $1/minute if they do not pick up their child within 5 minutes after class. TADA reserves the right to cancel or change a class due to enrollment of less than 5 students

BoomTADA is a hip hop crew of varying levels who perform at several local community shows throughout the year. Boys: white or black tank or shirt, black shorts/pants, black shoes. If class is ballet/jazz class, ballet shoes may be worn for the entire class. Limited selection of leotards, shoes, and tights available at front office. Boys Attire for any Ballet- White or black tank/shirt, black leggings or shorts, with black ballet shoes. Preballet-Level 8 Ballet: *MOTIONWEAR brand leotard in the color for your level listed below, any style, with pink split-sole canvas or leather ballet shoes (or pink pointe shoes), hair in bun. *Do not purchase Motionwear leotard until your level is CERTAIN. Boys wear any shirt, pants/shorts, but a tighterfitting style is suggested. Jazz, Tap, & Other (i.e. musical theater, drill, etc): Girls attire is any color; however for jazz and other related technique classes, attire must be tight-fitting to the body with leggings or shorts, a leotard, tank, or crop top, and split-sole jazz shoes or turners. Boys may choose to wear dance attire OR more loose-fitting t-shirts, tank tops, shorts or pants, any color, with the corresponding shoes. Musical Theater classes can wear sneakers. Christian Homeschool Dance: Attire same as above, but must be highly modest (i.e. no exposed mid-sections, crop tops), etc.
