1 2017 Sparta Soiree Early Bidding Since many of our out of town Krewe members want to support Sparta's annual fundraiser, but couldn't come to the event, we decided to take bids on a select group of items via before the event date. People can send in their maximum bid via beforehand for an item or items and we will have a designated "bidder" submit their bids during the event. If you cannot make the event, but want to support the Krewe by bidding on any of the items listed, see the bidding rules below. Early bids must be submitted by 5:00 pm CT on Friday August 26 th 2016, so confirmation s can be sent out before the event starts. All bids to be submitted to Mike Carlson at mjcarlson72@cox.net. Then choose how you want your bid posted when item opens for bidding: 1. Post my max bid when item opens for bidding. 2. Post my max bid when the item goes silent. (last 5 minutes) (Your max bid will be posted on the board, so people at the event will see your max bid) All Max Bids will be posted on the board when the board goes silent. Then choose method of payment (check or credit card) if you are highest bidder. Then choose method of delivery (pickup, ship to me). If "ship to me" is chosen, and the cost is more than $5 for shipping, winner will be charged the actual shipping cost. You will be given a price for shipping when finalizing the payment for item.
