1 CHARLOTTE ALLEN Charlotte Allen lives in Somerville, Al. She is a retired teacher and cheerleading coach of 27 yrs. Over the years her cheerleading squads have won numerous titles. She has been named Who s Who Among High School Cheerleading Coaches by American Cheerleading Magazine and was honored by AMC in 2008 by being inducted into the Hall of Fame of Cheerleading Coaches. Charlotte has also received The Pinnacle Award from CheerLtd which recognizes the top cheerleading coaches in the US. Charlotte has been a cheerleading judge for 20 plus years on all levels of cheerleading for NCA, UCA, CheerSport, Universal Spirit, JamFest Brands, CheerLtd, Americacheer, COA, ACA, UPA, WCA, USA, Jamz, and Cheer America. In addition to these companies, she also judges internationally in countries such as Chile, Australia, England, and Canada. She has also had the privilege of judging The Cheerleading Worlds since 2006 and the 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Summit. JOSHUA ANDERSON Joshua Anderson has been in the cheer industry as a cheerleader, choreographer, and judge for 26 years. After winning elite power tumbling titles, Joshua continued his passion through cheerleading. Some highlights include individual national titles, cheering for Illinois State University, and was the head coach at Texas Tech University. During his tenure at TTU, the team was featured on ESPN, Cheerleader Magazine, Cheer Coach & Advisor Magazine, and covered the Texas Cheerleader Magazine. Anderson judges a variety of Varsity, Independent, and International cheerleading competitions. He is a certified Varsity judge and serves as a USASF judge for The Cheerleading Worlds. DENISE BAKER Denise has been judging on the national level for more than 30 years. She was an NCA instructor and during that time trained as a gymnastics judge. While teaching dance and gymnastics at APSU, she also coached the cheerleading team. She has been a speaker at several conferences. Denise has judged for America s Best, ACA, Battle at the Capital, Cheer Alliance, CHEERSPORT, Future Cheer, JAL Cup, Mardi Gras, NCA, NDA, Organizacion de Porristas, UCA, USA, and WSF. She has judged The Cheerleading Worlds since 2004.

2 KARISSA CAMPBELL Karissa has been involved in the cheerleading world for over 15 years. She started her career in the All- Star industry where became a world champion in both 2007 & In college Karissa was an integral part of the University of Maryland All Girl Competitive Cheerleading program where she and her team became NCA All Girl D1A and Grand National Champions. Karissa also, competed in the NCATA from After college Karissa moved on to coached the University of Texas at San Antonio D1A All Girl and Coed teams from Karissa is a former NCA Staff member and is a Varsity certified judge with experience judging at the regional, state, and national level. ANDRE CARTER Andre is currently the Director of Education for the USASF and the Founder of Spirit Company. Andre was formerly the Assistant Director of Rules, Safety, and Judging for the USASF, Vice President of Operations for All Things Cheer and a Director at Pure Energy Choreography, Go! Fight! Win! Music, and Deep South Spirit. In addition, Andre is a member of the USASF Worlds Judge Selection Committee and Rules Committee. Andre has also served on the USASF Athlete Registration System Technology Team. Andre was the co-founder and co-owner of Showtime Spirit in Lexington, KY, an assistant coach at George Mason University, the head coach at the University of Southern Mississippi, an assistant coach and cheerleader for the University of Kentucky, and a 7-year UCA Staff member. Andre has judged for companies including America s Best, Cheer Alliance, Cheer Power, Coastal, East Coast Championships, GLCC, JAMfest, JAMZ, Majors, NCA, UCA, and WSF in the United States. Andre has also served as a rules official at Worlds and The Summit, as well as judged internationally in Australia, England, and Chile. ELIZABETH CASTAGNA Elizabeth Castagna has worked in the cheerleading industry for 20 years as a coach, Head Instructor for the National Cheerleaders Association, choreographer, speaker and judge. She was a choreographer for the NCA Hula Bowl halftime show in 2005 and For the past 3 years, she has been instrumental in orchestrating the Varsity Spirit Spectacular Disney Parade. Elizabeth has a Masters degree in Special Education as well as Curriculum and Instruction. She has been a Special Education teacher for over 16 years in South Jersey.

3 ORRY CLAYBORNE Orry has been involved in cheerleading and gymnastics for more than 20 years as an athlete, coach and judge. He has served as a safety judge for 7 years and judged at the college level for 5 years. He has judged both the NCA and UCA College Championships, Worlds Bid event for NCA, PacWest, Spirit Festival, UCA, and USA, along with the Cheerleading Worlds and the Summit. He is currently an event director and judge coordinator for Universal Cheerleaders Association in Memphis, TN. MARISOL CONTRERAS Marisol Contreras is a certified Varsity All Star judge. Her background originated in Gymnastics competing at nationals, international, and elite levels. Began All Star Cheering in Miami, FL at Top Gun All Stars in 1999 cheering until 2010 season. Accomplishing multiple state, national and Worlds tittles. Career experienced coaching USAG Gymnastics, All Star Cheer and High School programs. Having multiple opportunities judging at National and World Bid events for NCA, Cheersport, UCA, American Cheer Power, Spirit Sports, WSF, and The Summit. LANCE EMERY Lance has over 20 years of experience across all-star, college, high school, and recreation cheerleading. He has judged the USASF Worlds Championships for nine years, including the past three as Head Judge. Lance has judged Worlds qualifying events for NCA, ACA, UCA, Universal Spirit, CHEERSPORT, Spirit Celebration, and Canadian Cheer Evolution. Lance is a former Purdue University cheerleader and ICF head instructor. Lance is currently the North America Director of Human Resources with Willis Towers Watson based in Chicago.

4 SARA FLANNIGAN Sara Flanigan has been involved with cheerleading and dance for 30 years. Sara has judged NCA All Star Nationals, Canadian Cheer Evolution Nationals, Cheer and Dance Extreme events, and more. A native of Crystal Lake, Illinois, Sara is a judges clinician for the Illinois High School Association for competitive cheer and dance. Sara has been an IHSA state finals official for both cheer and dance since their inception. In 2011, Sara was named the IHSA Official of the Year and in 2015 received the IHSA Distinguished Service Award. JUSTIN FRANKLIN Justin C. Franklin resides in Charleston, SC and has 17 years of experience in the cheerleading industry. Before entering the cheerleading world, Justin had been a competitive gymnast and power tumbler. Justin attended the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY where he won many National Championships, including NCA College Nationals and three consecutive World Championship titles. After College, Justin moved back to South Carolina where he began his coaching & choreography career. In addition to all of his choreography and judging in the United States, he also has an impressive International resume. Justin provides choreography for many of the top programs and is a panel judge for all-star events in Australia, Canada & Germany. LISA KNIPP Lisa Knipp has been coaching and judging in the cheerleading industry for over thirty years. While a student at Indiana University, she was active in dance and moved into coaching and choreography upon graduation. Under Lisa s leadership, both Indianapolis North Central High School and Carmel High School cheerleading programs have earned numerous conference, local, state, regional, and national titles. Lisa, recently honored as the State of Indiana Coach of the Year, has had the privilege of judging for the BCA, Cheersport, Cheerlebrity, Cheer America, JamFest, NCA, UCA, Universal Spirit, WSF, The Cheerleading Worlds and The Summit.

5 BRANDY MCCOLLUM Brandy is a former member of Spirit of Texas All-star gym and the Varsity squad from Midlothian High School. In college, she cheered at the University of North Texas and finished her career at the University of Oklahoma as the captain of the All-girl team. For 16 years, she worked for the National Cheerleaders Association as a head instructor for high school, All-star, and collegiate camps and competitions. After college, she worked at the world ranked Twist and Shout All-star gym and coached Yukon and Edmond Memorial high schools in the Oklahoma City area. While in Oklahoma, she was also the assistant coach for the NCA collegiate national champion Oklahoma State University cheerleaders. After coaching in Oklahoma, Brandy moved to Dallas to be the Spirit Coordinator/Coach and Spirit Camp Director at Southern Methodist University. While in Dallas, she has also been an all-star coach and manager at Excite! gym. Brandy has coached and traveled the country doing choreography for numerous high school, All star, and collegiate squads, as well as judging for various competition companies during her career. Brandy most recently coached the world champion team Claw6 at Cheer Athletics, and works full time as the Director of Varsity I.D. for Varsity All-star Fashion. DONNA MCKAY Donna coached high school cheerleading for 20 years and was named the 2006 National Federation Spirit Coach of the Year; she recently completed her term as chairperson of the National Federation Spirit Rules Committee. Donna is an Executive Director, plus two-time past president of the Iowa Cheerleading Coaches Association. She received the 2009 ICCA Lifetime Achievement Award, is a member of the American Cheerleader Magazine s Outstanding Achievement Hall of Fame, and co-authored the book, Complete Cheerleading. Donna holds an MSE degree in Educational Administration; speaks at conferences; and judges cheerleading competitions at the state, regional, and national levels. She spends her free time traveling with her husband, John. CARLOS MUNOZ Carlos is a former cheerleader at the University of North Texas and prior UCA Southwest Assistant Regional Manager. He currently works for Varsity Spirit Fashion in Dallas, TX. He is the former National Director - Competitions for UCA/UDA, UCA All Star and assists as a choreographer for Universal Cheerleaders Association, Universal Dance Association and NCA Leadership summer material. He is the current choreographer for the University of Kentucky Pom Team, 2015 NDA National Pom Champions United Middle School Dance Team, 4 time Dance Worlds qualifier Laredo All American Dance Team, and former coach/choreographer for Lewisville High School, All Star Cougar Cheer, Champion Dance and Cheer All Stars (Glasgow, Scotland). He choreographed the 2006 UCA National Champions, Colleyville Heritage High School and 2008 Houston High School JV. Carlos has 26 years of cheer and dance experience, and served as a UCA instructor for 19 years. His former performances have been in the Macy s Thanksgiving Day Parade, London New Year s Parade, and Fiesta Texas. Carlos has judged competitions for UCA, UDA, USA, All Star Challenge, ACA, NDA and NCA at the collegiate, high school, and all-star level, in the United States, Puerto Rico and International events for the past 20 years.

6 BRANDON NORBECK Brandon Norbeck currently lives in Irvine, CA where he is a program manager. He is a cheerleading professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Before entering the cheerleading industry Brandon competed as a club gymnast for 12 years. He began cheerleading in high school and continued to cheer in college when he attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. After college Brandon began a career as a coach and choreographer at all levels including high school, college and all-stars. Some of his career judging highlights during his eleven years of judging include; The Cheerleading Worlds, the Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation Nationals, The Australasian Pinnacle, Capital Cheer Nationals in Bogota Columbia, The All Star Games, and NCA All-Star and College Nationals. JASON PEETZ Jason s involvement cheerleading started as a four year Charlotte 49ers collegiate varsity cheerleader in After graduation he went on to coach the 49ers for 13 years. Jason started judging for NCA in 1995 and is a former NCA Collegiate camp instructor. Aside from judging across the United States, Jason has judged in Mexico, Costa Rica, and was a performer in the 1996 Olympic Opening Ceremonies in Atlanta, GA. Jason and his wife have owned and operated Victory! All Stars, a cheer gym in Concord, NC for the past 17 years. LAUREN PEETZ Lauren Peetz has been involved in the cheerleading industry for 22 years as an instructor, coach, speaker, choreographer, gym owner, and judge. She cheered competitively at Florida International University, was the head cheerleading coach and spirit coordinator at Georgia Tech, and has been a contributing writer for both American Cheerleader Magazine and Cheer Biz News. In addition to judging for various brands across the US, Lauren has also judged internationally in Germany, Costa Rica and Canada. She has been a choreographer and show director for the Hula Bowl halftime show and has appeared on the David Letterman Show and MTV s Real World Road Rules Challenge. She also has a Masters degree in Exercise physiology and has been a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for 20 years.

7 IAN PUDGE Ian has been a USASF Certified Legalities/Safety Official with extensive judging experience through the US and Internationally. He has judged the USASF World s on multiple occasions, as well as National Championships and World Bid events for NCA, UCA, Cheer Power, Canadian Cheer Evolution, Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation, GSSA, ACA, Cheer America, Spirit Celebrations and Cheesport. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Ian now lives in Chicago, IL. CHRISTINA SHOWALTER Christina is a former member of the cheerleading and dance teams at DePauw University. Her professional experience includes 4 years as an NCA staff member, 8 years of coaching High School and All-Star teams, and 19 years of judging cheerleading and dance competitions. In the United States she works for Varsity Brands, Twisted Brands, and many independent event producers. Her international experience includes judging for Canada s CCE Provincials and Nationals, and the Alberta Cheer Association. In Australia she judges the AASCF State Series, Nationals and Pinnacle. In addition, she s had the honor to have judged Cheer Chile s world bid event. She is honored to have been a Worlds Judge for the past 10 years where she currently serves as a Head Judge. Christina is also heavily involved in judges training where she enjoys the opportunities to develop and mentor rising judges in the industry. She and her family reside in Naperville, IL where in her free time, she enjoys watching her son play lacrosse at Neuqua Valley High School. SAVANNAH SIBLEY Savanna Sibley is in her fourth season as the head coach of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Cheerleaders. Savanna s collegiate cheerleading career started at UNLV where she cheered on the large coed team in The following year, she transferred to HPU. During her time at HPU, she was a member of the large coed team and helped her team to win its 4th national championship in She then moved to the small coed team where she was the captain for 5 years and helped the team win 3 national championships. She also competed in the all-girl partner stunt division and won two national titles at the 2008 NCA collegiate nationals and the 2010 UCA collegiate nationals. Savanna received the honor of representing the USA at the ICU World Cheerleading Championships and being a member of USA National Team in 2010 and She is a four time gold medalist at this event, two of which were with the All-Girl cheer team and two with her All-Girl stunt group. She is a three-time national champion coach for Small Coed and Large Coed at the NCA College Nationals Savanna is recently spreading her coaching experience back in her hometown as the Head Coach of the UNLV Cheerleaders. She is in her fourth year coaching the All-Girl team of USA Cheer.

8 LINDSAY SMITH Lindsay cheered at the University of Oklahoma. She was on the NCA Staff for 4 years. Lindsay has over 20 years coaching experience at the high school, all-star and collegiate level. She has coached her teams on to win 4 State Titles and 3 National Titles. She judges for many companies across the country including NCA and UCA. Her collegiate judging experience includes NCA College Nationals, STUNT the Sport Collegiate Nationals, and NAIA Collegiate Nationals. ADAM SWEENEY Adam Sweeney is originally from Dallas, TX and got his start in the All-Star cheerleading industry in Adam was also part of the cheerleading program at The University of Oklahoma. After college, Adam again pursued a career in All-Star cheerleading with Oklahoma Twisters. Adam also became a member of Dallas Pride Cheer, a non-profit organization that performed at local fundraising events. Adam began building his judging portfolio in 2008 judging regional competitions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Since then, Adam has expanded his experience to include judging at the national level for many Varsity brands including NCA, UCA, Cheersport, and The Summit. Adam has been a Certified Varsity All-Star Judge since 2011 and continues to keep himself educated through the vast training opportunities Varsity offers its judges. DANTE TENNANT Dante is a graduate of Valdosta State University where he received his Bachelor s degree in Music Education, and Masters in Higher Education Administration. He is currently the Spirit Coordinator and Head Cheerleading Coach at Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to MTSU, he was the Spirit Coordinator at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Dante began his collegiate coaching career at his alma mater, Valdosta State where he spent nine years as the Head Cheerleading Coach. During his nine years coaching for Valdosta State, he led VSU to three cheerleading national championships. His teams won back-to-back NCA National Championships in 2009 and 2010 in the Small Co-Ed II Division, and in 2011 in the All Girl II Division. In addition to collegiate coaching, Dante was a member of the NCA Staff for 12 years, and he has been judging for Varsity, in the capacity of all-stars, high school, and college for 7 years.

9 DAMIEN WILLIAMS Damien Williams has over 22 years of cheerleading, coaching, and judging experience. As a native of Oklahoma, Damien cheered for The University of Oklahoma where he was a two time NCA All-American. He has significant coaching experience and is the former Head Coach of Northeastern State University and former assistant coach at The University of Oklahoma. Currently, Damien resides in Denver Colorado where he is Assistant Vice President for Advancement at Regis University and a PhD candidate at The University of Oklahoma. DAVID WILLIAMS David Williams has a combined 20 years of experience in tumbling, cheerleading and dance. Starting his tumbling career as a competitive gymnast, he later transitioned to dance while in high school. After only a few years of dance training, David was selected to attend numerous dance intensives at the Juilliard School in NYC and the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago. After high school, David attended the University of North Carolina Greensboro, where he completed his dance Minor and became a Varsity Cheerleader. While attending UNCG, David was named an NCA All-American and also had the privilege of competing at NCA College Nationals. Upon completing his degrees, he went on to Assistant Coach both the cheer and dance teams at Methodist College in Fayetteville, NC and later Jacksonville University upon his relocation to Florida. David has worked with numerous National Championship All-Star and Collegiate Cheerleading and Dance Programs conducting clinics, as well as consulting on choreography for competition teams. David has been judging competitive cheerleading and dance for the past 9 years and has had the privilege of judging both nationally and internationally. His vast knowledge of cheer and dance has presented him with the opportunity to judge some of the most prestigious cheer and dance competitions in the world, such as USASF Dance Worlds, Varsity Dance Summit, and The Summit. Most recently he was nominated to be a judge for the USASF Cheerleading Worlds. David currently resides in Orlando, FL where he coaches tumbling at Freedom Athletics in Rockledge, FL and teaches Contemporary and Acro at Dussich Dance Studio in Merritt Island, FL. LINDSAY WILLIAMS Lindsey has over 18 years of experience coaching cheerleading. She spent 7 years on NCA Staff and was a member of the University of Oklahoma cheerleading program from In addition to her coaching and cheering experiences, Lindsey has judged for various cheerleading companies and events around the country for the past 11 years, to include the NCA Collegiate Cheer & Dance National Championship and the IASF & USASF Cheerleading & Dance Worlds Championship.

10 OJ WILLIAMS OJ has over 22 years of experience coaching tumbling and cheerleading. He spent 10 years on NCA Staff and coached the University of Oklahoma cheerleading program from , where he was a member and team captain from In addition to his coaching and cheering experiences, OJ has judged for various cheerleading companies and events around the country and internationally for the past 14 years, to include the NCA Collegiate Cheer & Dance National Championship and the IASF & USASF Cheerleading & Dance Worlds Championship. OJ continues to train cheerleaders and tumblers regularly, utilizing his clinical psychology background to develop and strengthen the mental aspects of performance enhancement. RAYMOND WILLIAMS Raymond specializes as a Safety Judge for College, High School and All Stars including National, International, and Worlds Events. A graduate and cheerleader from Louisiana Tech University, he competed at NCA College Nationals in Dallas, Texas. Experiences include: NCA College instructor, New Orleans Saints Coed Cheer Team, Team USA in Taipei Taiwan and MTV s Rock N Jock Super Bowl XXXVI. Currently he works with programs for special needs, preschool, senior citizens and special events for Ochsner Health System in New Orleans, LA.
