Dear Spring Hills Residents, Families, and Friends: At the heart of what is it to be an American is the recognition that no matter how difficult the problem we face, hard work, along with working together, will help us pull through. This Independence Day is more than just an opportunity to reaffirm our values and celebrate our way of life. Spring Hills Chery Hill is home to more than 100 resident, more than 400 family members that love that resident and more than 120 Spring Hill Team Member that care for those residents and families. The need to work together is not a lofty goal thrown on a wall, but a necessity to affirm our Community Commitment to Quality Our Priority remains to stabilize our operation. We have seen some progress in the immediate time frame. We will have many more highlighted moments because we have committed to come together as a community, work hard, and ultimately trust each other to do the right thing. Our Management team is the solid group of talent, with the idea to propel our community to be the premier senior housing community in the area. We are focused on vetting new associates to make sure we are bringing on associates that share our community s spirit to sere. We focused on operationalizing what elegance means to our residents and their families. All this is meaningless without partnership, communication, and support from those we serve.
