2 STUNT PERFORMER & CO-ORDINATOR RATES. - APRIL 2018 ONWARDS Please note these are all minimum fees. Cinema Films from April 6th STUNTS Stunt Performer Daily 575 inclusive of use fees. Stunt Performer Weekly 2300 inclusive of use fees. Stunt Co-ordinator Daily 730 inclusive of use fees. Stunt Co-ordinator Weekly 2920 inclusive of use fees. Stunt Insurance daily Stunt Insurance weekly 36 Wig/Make-up/Wardrobe 138 Stunt Overtime 1/7 of their daily rate per hour or part thereof. Holiday Pay: per day. Travel: 50% of daily fee if not working. Night rate: 50% enhancement to your daily. HOURS; Ten hour day including one hour for lunch. Or Eight hour continuous day. Night-work (work extending beyond midnight or starting before 4.00 am). PACT TV Stunt Performer Daily: 429 Stunt Performer Weekly: 1716 Stunt Co-ordinator Daily: 570 Stunt Co-ordinator Weekly: 2280 Stunt Insurance daily: 14 Stunt Insurance weekly: 29 Wig/Make-up/Wardrobe fitting: 30% of daily fee. Stunt Overtime: 1/6th of daily fee per hour or part thereof. Holiday Pay: per day. Travel: 50% of daily fee if not working. Night rate: 50% enhancement to your daily. HOURS; Ten hour day including one hour for lunch. Or Eight hour continuous day. If working on travel day; up to two single time and then time counts toward working day.

ITV AGREEMENT Performer/Co-ordinator Daily (Under the ITV Agreement, there is a minimum payment of two days, ie ) Costume fitting (calls up to three hours) Costume fitting (calls over three hours) Holiday 9.60 Working hours in studio are nine hours, including a one-hour meal break. Working hours on location are ten hours but only eight of these may be worked rehearsing or recording. Within the ten hours, there is a one- hour meal break and up to one hour s travelling. Overtime is one fifth of the daily rate per hour or part thereof. Nightwork work that extends beyond midnight or starts between midnight and 7.00 am is charged at the rate of 1 ½ times the negotiated daily rate.

Up to one hour s travel can be included on top of this without payment. Working hours in the studio are twelve hours but only ten of these may be worked. This includes a onehour meal break. Overtime: On location per hour or part thereof. Studio per 15 minutes or part thereof. Television Commercials Stunt Co-ordinator (A co-ordinator will not receive use fees unless he/she appears in the commercial, clause ). Stunt Performer Repeat fees for UK television commercials are currently calculated on the basis of TVRs (television ratings) details of which can be obtained from Equity, or found at

5 Terms & Conditions BBC ITV PACT TV PACT FILM TV COMMERCIALS WORKING HOURS In a studio: Up to 12hrs with 10hrs of work. On Location: 9hrs which include a 1hr meal break & up to 1hr of travel without further payment. A working week is 5 days for engagements of more than 2 weeks. In a studio: 11hrs of which only 9 may be worked. On Location: 10hrs. During which 8hrs of work may take place. In addition to the 8hrs work a 1hr meal break & up to 1hr travelling time may be allowed. 10hrs including a 1 hr meal break OR 8hrs continuous day, without meal break but a running buffet must be supplied. 10hrs including a 1hr meal break. OR 8hrs continuous day without meal break but a running buffet must be supplied. A working week is any 5 days over a 7 day period. 10hrs including a 1hr meal break. GENERAL OVERTIME RATE Per 15mins or part thereof when on in studio. Per hour or part thereof if on location. Per 15mins or part thereof. Fixed rate per 30mins or part thereof. Increased fixed rate for overtime over 2hrs. 1/7 of daily fee (without use fees) per hour or part thereof. No more than 4 hours overtime per day. 1/5 of BSF per hour or part thereof. DAWN CALLS Called early calls in BBC. Run from 5am for fixed rate of N/A - see Night calls Run from 4am to 9am OR 5am to 10am. Overtime after this point. Run from 4am to 9am OR 5am to 10am. Overtime after this point. Run from 4am to 7:30am. Overtime payable for each of these hours.
