1 DRAFT COPY NOT BOARD APPROVED Mitchell Community Schools Regular Session Board of Trustees 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2015 The Board of Trustees of Mitchell Community Schools met in Regular Session at 6:30 p.m. on April 13, 2015 in the Administration Center of Mitchell Community Schools located at 441 North 8 th Street, Mitchell Indiana. Members present were: Christopher Shaw, Patrick Redman, Crystal Mikels, Steve Burton, and Cindy Brooking along with Superintendent Dr. Steve Phillips, Assistant Superintendent Phillip Storm and Attorney Greg Pittman. Mr. Shaw called the meeting to order and opened with The Pledge of Allegiance. Mr. Redman made and Mrs. Mikels seconded a motion to approve the following items on the consent agenda: Minutes of : 1. Executive Session March 9, Regular Session March 9, Executive Session April 8, 2015 Financial Reports: 1. Corporation March, Extra-Curricular March, 2015 Claims Enter Numbers Conferences: 1. List attached. Mr. Redman made and Mr. Burton seconded a motion to approve overnight lodging as for the MJHS Cheerleaders, MHS Girls and Boys basketball teams, and MHS Cheerleaders. Motion carried 5-0. List with dates attached.

2 Mr. Redman made and Mrs. Brooking seconded a motion to approve C custodians to work June 1-12, 2015 and return July 20, Mr. Redman made and Mr. Burton seconded a motion to approve the Joint Services Agreement.
