For many this is a favorite time of year. The color is beautiful outside and the community looks very festive with all the fall decorations. I would like to thank all of you who took the time to complete our annual satisfaction surveys. We are currently reviewing and analyzing the information we received to see where we are doing well and where we can make improvements. We value your opinions extremely. I am pleased to announce we have done some restructuring in the office. Tessa Lawson, whom we all know and love, is now our Resident Concierge. She will be a huge asset to all in this new position.
