2 Bullseye Race Yee-haw! Can you race like the wind across the Wild West? Mark out a circuit outdoors could be in the park or playground then get into pairs One of you is Bullseye and the other is Woody or Jessie Bullseye lies face down on the floor and Woody or Jessie picks up their feet like in a wheelbarrow race On the word YEE-HAW!, each pair races on their hands around the course After each lap take a pit-stop and swap roles Whichever pair completes the most laps in 0 minutes are the Round-Up Champions! Pixie Hollow Head or Catch When Terence is not delivering pixie dust he plays this fun game with his friends. Try to play Head or Catch for 0 minutes following these instructions. Choose someone to be Terence. Everyone else are Pixie Hollow fairies Fairies stand in a large circle with Terence in the middle He throws the ball to a fairy and calls HEAD! or CATCH! The fairies have to follow the command and either head the ball back to Terence or catch it If they get it wrong they have to run three times around the circle and back to their place Mike s Mega Frisbee Wooo-hoooo! It s day at Monsters University and it s time for frisbee! Here s how you join in. Stand in a big circle. The person with the frisbee calls out another player s name and throws it towards them As they throw they shout out a command that the catcher has to do (e.g. spin around, give me a press-up or hop on one leg) If you manage to catch the frisbee you only do 5 repetitions of the command, but if you drop it you do 20! Time yourself with a stopwatch keep going for 0 minutes and whoever makes the most catches is the Top Scarer on campus! Tigger s Bounce-Off Let s see who s got the biggest boooooing of them all? Bounce around the course like Tigger for 0 minutes and find out! Mark out a circular course and split into 2 teams At the starting line each team stands, one behind the other, bouncing on the spot On the word BOUNCE! the team leaders bounce to the end of the course and back with their feet together When they get back the second person in their team goes and so on The team that finishes first are the Bounce-Off Champions!. Based on the Winnie the Pooh works by A.A. Milne and E.H. Shepard Crown copyright 204. C4L342 Activity Cards, 250k July 4 (GNS)

4 Silvermist s Chatter Relay Can you help the Fairies pass on the right message as you run through Pixie Hollow? Make a large circle with everyone as far apart as possible The first person in the circle thinks up a magical pixie phrase, and runs to the next fairy and whispers it in their ear They run to the next person and pass on the message, and so on Will the phrase be the same when it gets all the way back to the start? Simba Says Simba is the king of the animals so you d better listen to what he says! But remember any instruction that isn t from him is from Scar! Choose one person to be Simba. Everyone else pretends to be another animal from the Pride Lands If Simba tells you to do something like Simba Says jump up and down you all jump up and down If the caller doesn t start by saying Simba Says, nobody should do the actions If they do, they have to run around in a circle 3 times! After 0 minutes, choose a new King of the Pride Lands Buzz s Superbowl Can your friend leap to infinity and beyond to catch the ball before it bounces? Grab a ball, stand next to them and on GO! they start sprinting away from you Count to 5 and throw the ball for them to catch as they sprint away from you, American Football-style Go and join them They then throw the ball for you to catch When you ve had enough practice and are Buzz s Superbowl pros, you can try throwing the ball at the exact moment your friend starts sprinting Lightning McQueen s Raceway Can you help the racing rookie hot-rod win the Piston Cup? Design a super cool car on a piece of paper Mark out a course across the room Kneel down on the start line making revving noises On the word GO! drive your car down the track by blowing it along from behind But you mustn t touch the car with your hands or it ll over-rev! The driver that gets to the chequered flag first wins the Piston Cup Use a stopwatch to record your best time for the course Crown copyright 204. C4L342 Activity Cards, 250k July 4 (GNS)

6 NT Vidia s Bossy Ball She s the feistiest fairy in Pixie Hollow, so if she says it, you d better skip to it! Grab a ball and stand in a circle Vidia stands in the middle, throws the ball to someone and shouts a command like jump on the spot or touch your toes The person has to throw the ball back to Vidia and then complete the command If the person drops the ball they have to run 3 times around the circle As soon as Vidia drops the ball someone else replaces her Kristoff and Anna s Snowball Volleyball Can you keep the snowball balloon in the air? Mark out a small volleyball court with some cushions as the net Pick 2 teams Kristoff and Anna Everyone sits on the floor with their legs crossed On the word SNOWBALL! hit a balloon over the cushions to the other side If the balloon touches the floor on your side the other team gains a point The team that s ahead after 0 minutes are the champions! For loads more games, just search Change4Life online! Goofy Tennis Are you a better tennis player than Goofy? Grab a friend and get rallying! Both players make a Goofy racquet from a rolled up newspaper or magazine Use your racquet to bat a balloon back and forth to each other it s harder than it looks! Count how many times you can bat the balloon back to each other and try and beat your record Time yourself on a stopwatch and see if you can keep going for 0 minutes For loads more games, just search Change4Life online! What s the time Elastigirl? Can you escape Elastigirl s stretchy arms for 0 minutes? Choose someone to be Elastigirl, who stands facing a wall or line Everyone else lines up against another wall (or some distance apart) and shouts, What s the time Elastigirl? If she shouts back 2 o clock! take 2 steps towards her If she shouts 5 o clock! you have to take 5 steps, and so on When Elastigirl shouts STRETCHY TIME! she can turn and chase you! The first person caught now becomes Elastigirl Crown copyright 204. C4L342 Activity Cards, 250k July 4 (GNS)

8 NT Bruce s Shark Attack Nemo Tag Arghhhh! You re Bruce the Shark and you re eating fish tonight, but first you ve got to catch them. How many can you snap up in 0 minutes? When playing in water, children should be supervised by an adult at all times. Whoever s chosen to be Bruce floats in the middle of the pool while the rest of you float around the side On the words FEEDING TIME! Bruce has to swim after you As soon as he catches you, you become a Shark too The last fish still swimming is the winner Can you swim quicker than Nemo? Prove it by tagging all the other fish in the sea. When playing in water, children should be supervised by an adult at all times. Decide who will be Nemo, then the rest of you spread out round the pool On the words Nemo Tag! Nemo swims after the other fish When one of you is tagged, you have to stand still or tread water until you are released by someone else tagging you Take it in turns to be Nemo. Can you keep playing for 0 minutes? Kingdom Dance Mine! Mine! Mine! Can you follow the moves from the Kingdom Dance? Get all your friends to join in, just like in Tangled. Each of you invents a dance move Then standing in a circle, take it in turns to demonstrate your moves Each time you go round to the next person, add one more move to your routine Each time a new move is added you have to start the routine from the beginning, remembering all the previous moves! How many crabs can you catch in 0 minutes? When playing in water, children should be supervised by an adult at all times. Grab a ball to represent Marlin or Dory from Finding Nemo Stand in a circle in the water with someone in the middle Everyone in the circle is a bird and shouts Mine! Mine! Mine! You throw the ball to each other over the head of the person in the middle who has to jump out of the water to try and catch it If they catch your throw, it s your turn to go in the middle For loads more games, just search Change4Life online!
