1 Accreditation is required to access all restricted areas of all venues used in the AFL. Official AFL accreditation is issued to Club staff and players. This accreditation is to be used whenever accessing an AFL venue. Full details can be found on the pages below. At the SCG, all families and friends accessing the Club post-match require a wrist band for entry. For details on this process please see the Office & Club Lounge information sheet located in the portal. At all venues across Australia, accreditation is required for access to the change rooms post-match. For details on how to acquire an entry pass please see the Change Room Access information sheet located in the portal. Lost passes If staff or players lose their AFL accreditation they should notify Teo Gutierrez (details below) ASAP and a new pass will be generated and your old pass cancelled. All football (full time and support) and commercial staff will receive AFL photo accreditation. This pass is required for entry into every stadium, and must be visible at all times.

2 All football (full time and support) and commercial staff will receive AFL photo accreditation. This pass is required for entry into every stadium, and must be visible at all times. The pass specifies whether it is valid for home or away matches. If valid for home matches only, it can only be used at the SCG. Passes with a blue stripe on the card allow arena access. These passes have been supplied with a blue lanyard which must be worn at all times with the pass Passes without a blue stripe do not allow arena access. A generic blue lanyard has been provided to staff for these passes. A summary of where your pass will allow you entry is noted below: Grey coloured pass the grey back ground on all passes signifies access to the following areas: restricted zones where particular staff would need access beyond the ticketed areas (seating bowl) to perform their duties including but not limited to corporate areas, ticketing and membership offices, store rooms, general access for escorting VIP s etc. Zone Codes codes are listed on some accreditation passes. These codes represent the below access: D player dressing room and club zones M media areas (print, OB, photographers, radio and TV commentary areas) U AFL match day official zones (umps observers box, timekeepers box, umps change rooms) Blue stripe arena access (to be worn with blue lanyard at all times) At the SCG, all staff will need to scan this pass on entry to reception. During warm up and throughout the match, on field wristbands must be worn and visible by Club Football Department personnel who require match day arena access.

3 These wrist bands will not allow access into venues. AFL photo accreditation is required for access into all venues. The on-field wristband is to be worn to access the arena during the Club warm up period and throughout the match where is it not practical to wear the accreditation pass. During warm up and throughout the match, on field wristbands must be worn and visible by Club Football Department personnel who require match day arena access. Any staff found on the arena without a wristband may be sanctioned by the AFL Football Department. The below passes have been supplied to the Club: 26 wristbands to be worn by coaching and bench staff (blue) 4 wristbands to be worn by staff only required on the field during pre-match and breaks (yellow) Page 3

Other stadiums may require this pass to be scanned also. Non-playing players may use these passes to scan in to watch a Swans home match. At home games, these passes allow access into the Red Zone.

These passes also allow players to scan in to watch matches where the Swans are not playing. Entry is subject to capacity and may require upgrades for any fully ticketed game. Premiership Season Passes allow you to sit in the lower level of the Ladies Pavilion, the Noble Stand or Level 2 of the Bradman Stand. Dress regulations apply in the SCG Members Reserve.

5 Four (4) passes are to be supplied to each listed player, including rookies. Premiership Season Passes allow access to the below areas of the ground for SCG matches during the Home and Away season. SCG access into the Red Zone which is located within the SCGT Members Reserve. The Red Zone is an un-reserved seating area. Entry is via Gate A, J or H. Premiership Season Passes allow you to sit in the lower level of the Ladies Pavilion, the Noble Stand or Level 2 of the Bradman Stand. Dress regulations apply in the SCG Members Reserve. Those who do not meet dress regulations will not be permitted entry. Please ensure you advise family and friends when handing out passes to arrive early to secure a seat. For dress regulation details visit Premiership Season Passes will provide general admission access to all Club away matches, except fully ticketed matches (see below). They also have the ability to be upgraded to a reserved seat (at the applicable upgrade price) via the relevant ticketing company for guaranteed admission to a match. In the event of a fully ticketed match, Premiership Season Passes will not provide admission. For further details please see Gina.
