3 BITTEKHNIKA BITTEKHNIKA company was founded in 1996 and it is still developing dynamically. These are the traditions and innovative technologies in design and production of equipment for sidetracking using a whipstock that form the basis of our company. Basic objections of BITTEKHNIKA Company for years are progress and innovation, extension of product range and customer service to the best of our ability. Today, the company has developed some models of whipstocks for different conditions of installation. Special attention is given to good preparation of sidetracking interval, emergency works and well intervention. To carry the works out we produce sweepers, scrapers, junk, ring and taper mills of unique shapes. In 2011 the range of tools has been expanded we have started designing and production of fishing tools such as overshots, spears, taper taps, die collars etc. Introducing the products BITTEKHNIKA offers not only consulting service to choose the right equipment and its operation modes but also provides technical assistance. Our sales geography nowadays is not limited only to Russia but it is expanding due to our new partners from CIS and Middle East countries. In 2011 BITTEKHNIKA got recertification of quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001:

5 RELEASING OVERSHOT TLN/TLNT Assignment: Releasing overshot is used to catch the external cylindrical surface to retrieve parts of pipe strings while fishing works are run in the well. Design: Releasing overshot consists of a joint, a guide, a set of removable parts (grapple and spiral). Releasing overshot spear can be also supplied with: - extenders, mm long; - guides of bigger diameter; - limiting sleeves. It is possible to install sealing packers with spiral grapple to guarantee hermetization. Releasing overshot can be produced in left/right hand configuration.

9 RELEASING OVERSHOT SHORT TLNK / TLNKT Assignment: Releasing overshot short with short grapple is used to catch the external cylindrical surface to retrieve parts of pipe strings while fishing works are run in the well. Design: Releasing overshot short consists of a joint, a body, a guide with a set of removable parts - basket grapples of fishing part of different diameters. There is a ring with a cutlip guide to avoid grapple falling out inside the body. It is also operates as a guide. As the basket grapple is closer to lower side of the overshot it helps to retrieve string parts with short space suitable for grapple. Releasing overshot short can be produced in left/right hand configuration.

13 INTERNAL SPEAR TVP Assignment: Internal spear is used to retrieve tubing strings while repair, emergency and recovery works are run in the well. Design: Internal spear consists of a joint, a body, a slip, a bushing key and a screw. There is a box connection at the joint edge to attach to a fishing string. On the other edge there is a special thread to attach spear body that is made as a connector with guide grooves in which slips with fishing threads move.

17 INTERNAL SPEAR TLVPM Assignment: Internal spear is used to retrieve tubing pipes while repair, emergency and recovery works are run in the well. Design: Internal spear consists of a body, a slip, a slip holder, a head, a joint, a bushing, a bushing key, a thread bushing, a cover, a friction bushing and screws. The spear body is made as a connector with a head at the bottom. There are guide grooves on the body on which slips move. On the slips there is a fishing cut of thrust profile. There are teeth at the bottom of friction bushing for attaching it to a top of breakdown string while releasing the spear.

21 INTERNAL RELEASING SPEAR TLV Assignment: Internal releasing spear is used to catch internal side and further retrieval string tubing parts while fishing works are run in the well. Design: Internal releasing spear consists of a body, a basket grapple, a milling head, a disengaging ring and a packer. Special design of basket grapple lets use bigger moment at reverse without break or basket damage. Milling head helps to go into a fished object, removes small foreign parts (metal parts, etc.) from emergency unit get the cable inside and wash out solid sediment. Internal releasing spear can be designed in left/right hand configuration.

25 CATCH-ALL FISHING TOOL UL Assignment: Catch-all fishing tool is used to catch the external cylindrical surface to retrieve parts of pipe strings mostly pump rods while repair, emergency and recovery works are run in the well. Design: Catch-all fishing tool consists of a joint, a body, three inserts, a set of removable slips, a holder and a guide. Catching unit consists of three inserts fixed with a holder in the body. There are movable slips with toothed cuts in the inserts. The slips move and expand into broken string due to tension. Further tension leads to slips and a catching unit settlement so there is safe connection between a fishing tool and a breakdown string. Catch-all fishing tool can be designed in left/right hand configuration.

37 DIE COLLAR THREADED LKz Assignment: Die collar threaded is used to catch the external surface by screwing to retrieve cylindrical parts of strings while fishing works are run in the well. Design: Die collar threaded is a connector with box connection at the top and internal fishing cone at the bottom. There is a special fishing thread of stopping profile at the cone of die collar. There are grooves of special shape that let die collar come into fishing tool deeper and improve the way chips come out. All die collars have cutlip guide to disengage a pipe from the well walls. There is a water course in the die collar for drilling fluid. Die collar can be designed in left/right hand configuration.

41 TAPER TAP PLAIN MLG Assignment: Taper tap plain is used to catch at internal surface and further retrieval of tubing parts of strings while fishing works are run in the well. Design: Taper tap is a steel connector with a fishing cone at one end and tool-joint thread at the other one. There is a water course for drill fluids. Taper tap is pulled into a tube catching it due to friction force and is retrieved together with a caught pipe.

45 TAPER TAP THREADED ML Assignment: Taper tap is used for catching internal surface with the help of screwing and further retrieval of casing tubing parts while fishing works are run in the well. Design: Taper tap is a steel connector with a cone at one end and box thread - at the other one. There is a special fishing thread of stopping profile. There are special shape grooves to come into a fishing tool deeper and improve the way chips come out. There is a water course in the die collar for drilling fluid. There is extra hard milling tool at the end of a taper tap to make it easier for it to come into a retrieving object. At the top there is a thread for guide attachment, otherwise safety ring is used to protect the thread. Die collar can be designed in left/right hand configuration.

It is recommended to set mechanical jar into BHA using releasing fishing tool (overshots, spears) to make the releasing process easier. 77 HYDRAULIC JUNK BASKET GP Assignment: Hydraulic junk basket with reverse circulation is used to retrieve different pieces, drilling bits cutters, bearings, broken slips, cable fragments, different manual tools, fragments of drilling pipes, milling chips and so on. It can also be used as a reamer or core sampler. Design: Hydraulic junk basket can be designed in left/right configuration depending on connection guides and eight types of cutting surface with different kinds of cutting-and-wearing surface plain, wave-like, toothed, salient or flushed with the body. Design: The mill has a body and a cutting-and-wearing surface made of tungsten-carbide powder. There is a connecting thread at the top and the bottom is made of cone with milling surface dressed on helically and converging at the top. Circulation of washing fluid goes through inclined holes in the middle part of the cone and lateral grooves in it. The shape of the mill lets bottom part of smaller diameter penetrate into a narrow seсtion of strings and spiral expansible edges mill the pipe part up to the initial diameter.

105 JUNK MILL WITH STABILIZING ELEMENTS FT-S Assignment: Junk mill with stabilizing elements is designed for milling up junk and destruction of cemented stones and metal parts while repair-and-recovery works are run in the well. Design: Junk mill consists of a body and cutting-and-wearing dressing having a plain shape with tungsten-carbide powder. There is a connecting thread at the top, stabilizing elements in the middle, holes and special grooves for cooling and intensive washing out of chips. Lateral side of dressing is grinded flush with external body diameter. Stabilizing elements protect production casing walls of damage at long-time milling.

113 JUNK MILL WITH CUTLIP GUIDE FTL Assignment: Junk mill with guide is used to catch and destroy cylindrical metal pieces (tubing string, bars) while carrying out repair-and-renewal operations in oil, gas and exploration wells washing through washout holes in a mill body. It is also used to prepare emergency tools to work with die collars, washover shoes and overshots. 117 JUNK BASKET SHMU Assignment: Junk basket is used to catch pieces, metal objects and other pieces of formation destroying tool (bits, mills, etc.). Design: Junk basket consists of a body with connecting ends of a tool-joint thread. There is a hole for washing out fluid circulation. The body is designed with a removable cover with holes to discharge the fluid. The cover is fixed with two screws on the body with spring washers against back turn and centralizer to keep the cover centered concerning the body.
