15 Why it Works Presnell Sporting Collection has no debt. The risks associated with debt and excessive leverage simply do not exist in our model. We own our inventory under long term contracts that provide if any specific venue were to fail, default, or cease to meet the industry leading requirements of the Guarantee of Excellence we have no further obligation. In addition, the dues Members pay are based on the actual, annual costs of operations. Less than what the bundle of rights available to Members would cost on an individual basis, dues are sufficient to fund the annual operating expenses. We do not subsidize artificially low annual dues with high Membership fees, and thus we avoid the risk of failure associated with a sales decline. In summary, Presnell Sporting Collection presents its Members with superlative hunting, fishing, and travel experiences under a model that avoids risk and insures a Members legacy.

16 Guarantee of Excellence Agreement Specifically, if a Member is dissatisfied for any reason (and, indeed, for no reason at all) a Member can request during the first (1st) year of Membership a one hundred percent (100%) return of the Membership Deposit.
