Firstly, congratulations to all the players that made it to the final group selection. Our most popular program, the Elite Pro Camp, is a uniquely structured international football training camp for players searching for a way of how to become a football player in South Africa and is very different from the standard international Football camp or academy. Not only does it give qualified players access to our extensive network of professional and semi-professional football clubs in South Africa, but it also allows them to experience Football and life in another country, giving them a total immersion in a foreign professional or semi-professional football club Our highly qualified technical team is looking forward to taking you through your paces and prepare you for a mouthwatering training matches during your stay with us. Our CEO has been involved in a number of clubs and international sporting events and most notably the FIFA Confederations Cup 2009 and FIFA World Cup 2010 as its Deputy Tournament Director. His vast experience in the CAF Inter-club competitions with both Orlando Pirates FC and Platinum Stars FC recently, adds to the experience of understanding the requirements of the continental football. The knowledge and skills gained as a former CEO of some clubs in South Africa including the Premier Soccer League put him on the pedestal in understanding player s contracts, sponsorship and Television packaging and contracting. 4 Menza Football Training Camp Elite Pro Camp - 30 DAYS Our most popular program, the Elite Pro Camp, is a uniquely structured international football training camp for players searching for a way of how to become a football player in South Africa and is very different from the standard international Football camp or academy. Not only does it give qualified players access to our extensive network of professional and semiprofessional football clubs in South Africa, but it also allows them to experience Football and life in another country, giving them total immersion in a foreign professional or semi-professional football club. Elite Pro Camp places players in a team set up of 2 teams of 20 team each with a maximum of 40 players per intake. The two groups will have a 4-week program of intense physical, technical and tactical training. Training sessions are videoed and a video analysis is performed for the players. 2 teams are formed from the group and this allows for the players to have adequate time in matches that are planned out with Division 1 and Premier League clubs in south Africa. On average 12 competitive training matches are staged during this period The training matches and time period for the football camp in south Africa are opportunities for players to experience intensive training routines, develop a quicker sense of pace and decision-making, enhance their overall technical and tactical ability, and showcase their talent to our partner clubs.

5 Menza Football Training Camp Club Pro Camp - 10 days This is a unique opportunity for the International teams that have an ambition for their players to have an international camp in South Africa and have an opportunity to play against Premier Division sides in a training matches this is the best form of trialling out your best players in the team set up and raise chances for the players to be seen and signed up by South African teams. The club will be accommodated in a preferred hotel or academy residences with 3 meals per day. Additional requirements for a team set up can be arranged by request. This training camp can also assist the respective clubs to prepare for their own football campaign back in their respective country.

8 Menza Football Training Camp APPLICATION PROCEDURE Please follow the following application procedure: 1.Send your player Enrolment CV using our prescribed form by filling in your information in the appropriate blanks. Please include your picture where indicated. 2.Upon Receiving confirmation of enrolment from Menza Football Camp - Send your Full fee as per your application via money gram or Western Union. Important Notice All applicants must also be sure to have a valid and current passport valid for at least 1 year before departure to south Africa, have money in the bank to verify to the foreign embassies if applicant is applying for a travel visa, and be able to obtain medical insurance before their trip departure. Menza Group will assist by facilitating letter of confirmation for the football camp in South Africa. 9 Menza Football Training Camp DISCLAIMER MENZA FOOTBALL TRAING CAMP 2018 DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FOR TRAINING CAMPS MENZA GROUP, their employees, coaches/instructors, trainers, volunteers, Directors, members and representatives (all hereafter collectively referred to as MENZA ), are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person while participating in any and all training camp activities, events, outdoor sessions or any associated activities (all hereafter collectively referred to as Camp Activities ), including injury, loss or damage which might be caused by the negligence of MENZA. DESCRIPTION OF RISKS: In consideration of my participation in Camp Activities, I acknowledge that I am aware of the possible RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS associated with being a Camp attendee, including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to myself or others. These risks include but are not limited to: a) All manner of injuries resulting in muscular injuries and soft tissue injuries including bruises, scrapes, cuts, blisters, etc., from executing strenuous and demanding physical techniques, collisions with the wall, floor, mats, poles or other participants and failure in proper use of the equipment either by myself or my opponent; b) All manner of injuries resulting in sprains, dislocations, torn ligaments, pulled muscles, concussion, dizziness, nausea, dehydration, paralysis, internal bleeding and injuries, and broken bones; and c) All manner of head, facial, eye, nose and/or dental injuries. RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER OR CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT In consideration of MENZA allowing my participation in the Camp Activities, I agree to the following: 1) TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against MENZA as a result of my participation in the Camp Activities; 2) TO RELEASE MENZA from any and all liability from any loss, damage, injury or expense that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer as a result of my membership and/or participation in the Camp Activities due to any case whatsoever, including Negligence, Breach of Contract, or Breach of any Statutory or other Duty of Care, including any Duty of Care Owed under the Occupiers Liability Act, on the part of MENZA; 3) TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY MENZA from any and all liability for any damage to the property of or personal injury to any third party, resulting from my participation in the Camp Activities; 4) TO FOLLOW MENZA s Membership Rules and all House Rules and to further follow all the instructions and rules given by those responsible for or in charge of any Camp Activities while I am participating in Camp Activities. I understand and accept that the Membership Rules and all House Rules, instructions and Training rules are in place to provide a safe environment for the entire membership;

10 Menza Football Training Camp DISCLAIMER CONTINUED and 5)TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS MENZA, and each of its Directors, officers, agents, contractors, employees, coaches, instructors, trainers, volunteers, members and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions and costs which might arise out of my participation in the Camp Activities, even though such claims demands, actions and costs may have been caused by the negligence of MENZA. PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT I hereby give permission for images of myself/child, captured by MENZA through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of MENZA promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT, that I have executed this agreement voluntarily and that this agreement is to be binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and representatives.
