2 Our Hayward family history dates back to 1912, when our grandparents, Oluf and Olava Treland started a dairy farm and logging sawmill where the Treeland Farm RV Resort and The Original are located today. A Brief History... In 1924, the Chippewa Flowage as we know it today, had her first full head of water, flooding out some of our grandparents land, but not discouraging them enough to make them move. As the cows grazed and drank from the Big Chip, fishing camps started popping up around her shores, with Treeland Pines starting in The rest is history, as the second, third and fourth generations have expanded and modernized the old fishing camp, acquired others and developed and modernized those resorts to meet the needs and desires for the current Up North family vacation. Our latest venture is our new 75 site premium RV Resort which opened in 2013, right where the original farm buildings were

3 As we have grown and expanded over the generations and years, we still have many families with descendants who have known us from the fishing camp days to our current operations --- memories told of the days of gas rationing during WWII and how they still got Up North ; memories of catching their first fish or chasing frogs along the shoreline, or water skiing behind a 5HP motor (Yep, we did!) with motors that you spun 180 degrees to go into reverse; memories of great times with family and friends, never to be taken away. Built in 2003, vaulted ceilings & knotty pine throughout, 10 skylights each unit, gas log fireplaces, 2 person whirlpools, free WiFi, HD flatscren TVs with Dish Network 100+ channels, air conditioning, decks with furniture and charcoal grill, full electric kitchen, breakfast island, large dining table. All cookware, dishes, utensils and linens provided EXCEPT personal bath towels. Large groups - families, friends, business or church: Homes A through J are twin homes, with the mechanical room for both homes dividing the homes into two separate buildings. If side by side units are rented, we can open up a hallway between the units, providing a six bedroom, six bathroom unit all under one roof. 7 Main lodge: There is no main lodge at this property, Timber Kove guests check-in and check-out at the main resort "Treeland- The Original", about three miles away by land and one mile by water. Guests are welcome to frequent Treeland's Original Lodge, charge to their cabins, enjoy the camaraderie, free WiFi, expansive game room and nightly specials. Located within walking distance of Timber Kove cabins is a restaurant and bar called R & R Bayview, where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and offer free WiFi as well. Recreation: Heated swimming pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), kayaks, paddleboats, children s playground, fish house and firepits scattered around the property. Treeland is about one mile by water or three miles by land Timber Kove guests are welcome to use any recreational facilities at Treeland also, including the Kids Fishing trips ($5) and Kids Games/Weiner Roast (Free!). Marina: All marina rentals are done at the main resort, Treeland. Rental boats are kept at the docks located at Timber Kove once they are checked out at Treeland. Events: The layout of Timber Kove units lends itself well to corporate group lodging and allows for multiple meeting set-ups indoors. 22 General Information for All vacation Home and Marina Rentals 22 GENERAL INFORMATION APPLIES TO ALL FOUR LOCATIONS DEPOSITS: Lodging and/or marina deposits are due within ten days of making your lodging and/or marina reservations. Payment may be made by check or by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). (Pat s Landing & Oak Shores do not take deposit via credit card). If paying by credit/debit card at the time of the reservation, the deposit will be posted and fully earned within 24 hours after making your reservation, with a confirmation being sent out via , fax or USPS. Deposits made by credit/debit card will lock the standard rate in for that reservation, regardless of how the balance is paid off. To take advantage of our discounted lodging rates for NOT using a credit/debit card, deposits must be received by check within 10 days of making the reservation. Please refer to the deposit requirement for your particular reservation for amount of deposit due. We are not responsible for weather conditions. Deposits are NOT refundable due to weather. PAYMENT MODE: We accept cash, personal/business checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We offer discounts for payment other than by credit/debit cards. Discount applies to lodging only. RATES: Please note seasonal dates/rates on rate sheet. All rates are subject to WI sales tax of 5.5% and are subject to a 4% local room tax. PEAK SEASON: (see dates on rate sheet)-lodging on a weekly basis, with check in on Saturdays starting at 2PM and check out Saturdays by 9AM. Please call for possible openings for daily rentals. PEAK rates apply to New Year, Birkie, Memorial & Labor Day weekends. SPRING/FALL/WINTER: Three night minimum stay. ANY SEASON: Less than 3 night stay incurs $25/bedroom surcharge/night. ADDITIONAL PERSONS (age 24 mos.+)-all seasons- $25/night/person or $125/wk/person

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellation made less than 90 days of arrival or rental date results in forfeiture of 100% of deposit and booking fee. All cancellations of lodging units or marina rentals 90 days or more from the arrival or rental date will be charged a $100 processing fee plus forfeiture of any booking fee paid. The balance of the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation date. Concerns about cancellation policy: you should purchase travel insurance online. LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS HELD WITH CREDIT CARD. Deposit is fully earned 24 hours from time of confirmation. After 24 hours, deposit will be run through on credit card reservation held with. SNOW CONDITIONS & CANCELLATIONS: If trails are OPEN and being groomed, no refunds will be given for cancellations due to weather. If weather causes the trails to close, we will refund your deposit 100% or transfer it over to another vacation date that calendar year. RESERVED DATES: To avoid any misunderstanding, you will be charged for the number of nights reserved including marina rentals. Please check your confirmation-arrival and departure dates.
