In order to help facilitate this transition, the ownership group has extended a special offer to members of Exclusive Resorts. For interested members planning on more than three (3) visits in a lifetime to The Abaco Club, an International Non-Resident Golf Membership can be purchased. This will enable the member the opportunity to visit the club as often as they like and receive special benefits while in residence. The non-resident membership is a $10,000 one-time, non-refundable initiation fee. Annual dues are currently set at $5,250 per year. The Bahamas imposes a $25.00 departure tax from the country; this is normally applied directly to your airfare. The Abaco Club includes an 20% gratuity charge on all food, beverage and spa appointments. This is not a tip for the staff, but a service fee imposed by The Abaco Club. You can pay by credit card at time of service or charge to your house bill to be paid at the end of your stay. Resort Detail As of June 1, 2016, The Abaco Club is no longer accepting American Express. You may pay any charges with Mastercard, Visa, check, or wire transfer. It is important to note that because of its location, The Abaco Club will essentially be your provider for everything you might want during your stay, from meals to activities. The nearest restaurant outside of The Abaco Club is a minute drive, and it will take you at least 45 minutes to drive to the nearest town. There are two dining options at The Abaco Club: Flipper's Beach Bar, serving breakfast and lunch made to order, and The Cliff House, which serves an elegant dinner as you watch the sun set over the clear, blue water ER s residences are located right on the beach. Each home is stocked with lounge chairs and a cooler. For full beach services, you can venture down to Flipper's. Local Considerations This is a tropical destination; you will encounter mosquitoes and bugs. To minimize their effects, we recommend you wear lightweight long-sleeved shirts and long pants and that you keep your doors closed during the evening. Your residence is stocked with bug spray. A valid passport is required for US citizens to enter the Bahamas. The local currency is the Bahamian Dollar (BSD). It is linked one-to-one to the US Dollar, so USD is readily accepted everywhere.

4 There is no hospital on the island of Abaco. In the event of a medical emergency, patients are airlifted to Nassau or South Florida. There is a doctor with a small clinic in Marsh Harbour who makes house calls 24/7. Logistics and Transportation Southworth Development is now partnering with Tropic Airways to provide charter service from Ft. Lauderdale to Marsh Harbor on certain days of the week. Contact your Concierge for seasonal pricing and schedules. Airlines may have a delay in bringing your bags. We advise that you pack any required medications and at least two sets of clothing in a carry-on bag. The nearest restaurant is minutes away; the nearest town (with grocery store) is 45 minutes away. As this is a fairly isolated resort, we recommend that you take advantage of the pre-arrival grocery shop and rent a car while you're here. The main grocery store in Marsh Harbour closes at 4:00 p.m. on Sundays and liquor stores are all closed on Sundays. Each home has two six-seater golf carts available for use around the resort. Getting There Fly into Marsh Harbour Abaco Airport (MHH) or Treasure Cay Airport (TCB). Marsh Harbour is a 40-minute drive to your residence, compared to a one hour drive from Treasure Cay Airport. Here, you can enjoy the clear waters of The Bahamas in a setting where gentle waves predominate. The beach then becomes your departure point for snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie Cat sailing, windsurfing, paddleboarding and other water sports. Glass-bottom kayaks and water hammocks are just two of the other fun and relaxing choices. The Club staff can not only set you up with all the right gear, they can also provide instruction for water sports enthusiasts of any age or skill level and show you where to look for the most colorful fish. Blackfly Fishing The waters surrounding The Abaco Club are teeming with world-class opportunities for fishing enthusiasts. Trophy bonefish, permit and tarpon fishing is a serious sport in these parts, and a particular favorite with both club members and visitors, who take to the mangrove flats for one of the most exciting saltwater flats fly fishing in the world. Bonefish are wary adversaries and real fighters. You ll need to be patient, and cunning, to land them. But when you do, it s exhilarating. The Abaco Club is partnered with Blackfly Lodge, the area s premier fishing guide, and offers unrivaled access to all Blackfly has to offer. In deeper water, trolling in the 8-20 depths of the Sea of Abaco can net you grouper, wahoo, snapper, triggerfish, yellowtail and dolphin fish. Outside the barrier reef in The Atlantic Ocean proper, even bigger game awaits. Sport-fishermen from around the world descend on these deeper waters in search of mahi mahi, blue marlin, sailfish and blackfin and yellowfin tuna. Boats with impressive arrays of outriggers will be seen here, all intent on zeroing in on a big catch. The Concierge can recommend guides and also assist with boat rentals for those interested in fishing while at the club.

6 Boating Go on a spectacular boating trip with Captain Bruce Ost of Sail the Abacos. Please plan to leave The Abaco Club at least minutes prior to your booking time. Your concierge will contact you the evening prior to your scheduled time to reconfirm your trip. Don't forget to bring your camera and sunscreen! Sail Options: Deluxe - $ (up to 8 guests) $ each additional person (children under 5 sail at no charge). This is NOT your typical day sail. Designed for families or groups of companion travelers this excursion boasts a full day on the water, a snorkel stop and an island stop. The day culminates with a sunset return to Marsh Harbor often (if you like) with a little live music from Captain Bruce. Boat and Captain Only - $ (up to 8 guests) $50.00 each additional person. This style of Day Sail runs from 10am to 4pm. Your choice of either a snorkel (snorkel gear included) at Fowl Cay reef or an island stop to Great Guana or Hopetown. One bag of ice included. Depending on what's in season, you'll find mango grilled grouper, coconut cracked conch, lemon pepper dolphin, ginger garlic yellowfin tuna and seared wahoo. Angus beef burgers and chicken filets are available too. Pete's Pub is 10 minutes away from the resort. If you do not have a rental car we can arrange transportation for you and your family. The cost of the transportation is $ $80.00 roundtrip (this includes waiting). Pete s Pub is also a popular hang-out for locals in the area. Though this is a good opportunity to meet local residents, it will probably be more suitable for adults in later hours. The Cliff House Evening cocktails and dinner are served in The Cliff House, an octagonal clubhouse that overlooks Winding Bay from high on the ridge at Ocean Point. There, the catch of the day will be just one of many delicious choices you ll have as you watch the sun go down over the clear, blue water of the bay. Local favorites include fresh lobster, blackened grouper, and the ever-popular conch chowder. Guest chefs from Southworth s other internationally recognized

10 clubs make frequent appearances at The Abaco Club, bringing delightful new dishes with them, as well as fresh takes on old favorites. Before (or after) dinner, there s always a lively good time to be had at the Cliff House bar, as well or out on the poolside patio. This is come-as-you-are elegance, where the focus is on great food and good fun. The Delphi Club The Delphi Club is a beautiful plantation-style lodge in a gorgeous setting overlooking the ocean. With a great atmosphere and an international clientele, the food is phenomenal. All guests eat dinner at one long table. And although the menu is set, there is always the choice of a meat dish or a fresh fish dish for the main course. Dinner is at 7:00 p.m. sharp with cocktails and canapés starting at 6:15 p.m. There is no formal dress code; the tone is smart-casual. Wally's Located in a charming pink and white colonial style home across from the harbor on Front Street, Wally's has been one of the most popular restaurants in Marsh Harbour for many years. Most of the seating is open-air with a view of the beautifully landscaped yard and harbor across the way. Wally's serves tasty, authentic Bahamian dishes using the fresh seafood available in Abaco. Spa and Fitness The Abaco Club Spa A full spa menu offers you a wide selection of treatments carefully developed to calm, relax and restore your body's inner peace. Their products include the Eminence all-natural product line, as well as Abaco Neem skin care products, derived from the leaves and oil of the medicinal neem tree, organically grown in idyllic Abaco. Local Attractions Elbow Reef Lighthouse Hope Town is the home to the famous Elbow Reef Lighthouse. Probably the most recognizable landmark in Abaco, the lighthouse is one of the last manual lighthouses in the world. The lamp burns pressurized Kerosene oil with a wick and mantle. The Fresnel lenses

11 concentrate the mantle s light into a beam directed straight towards the horizon. The lenses and burner equipment, weighing 8,000lbs, float in a circular lubricated tub. This reduces friction so that the 700lbs of weight, when wound up to the top of the tower by hand, smoothly rotates the 4-ton apparatus once every 15 seconds. The lighthouse keeper on duty must wind up the weights every 2 hours in order for the red and white candy-striped lighthouse to be seen from 17 miles away. An image of this lighthouse is featured on the Bahamian $10 bill. Visitors are free to visit the lighthouse in Elbow Cay and drink in an amazing panoramic view. Together with the village's neat rows of gingerbread cottages painted varying pastel shades, it gives this settlement plenty of charm.
