Please note player need to submit entry fee on line before the entry closed, otherwise the entry will not be accept. Player has the responsibility to confirm the application with CLPGA Tour. Log in to sign up and complete payment Please double check your payment with CLPGA Tour via info@clpga.org Player withdraw before entry closed may refund the entry fee but bank charge will be paid by player herself. Player withdraw after entry closed, the entry fee will not be refunded. Maximum 120 Players.When the number of participants is no more than 60, no cut line for the final Field round. When the number of participants is more than 60 but equal or less than 120, the cut line for the final round will be at the top 60 players (including ties). Player will be retired if her score is over 88(including 88) in a stipulated round. 1. Female players who are at least 16 years old and under 55 years old on the day of the first round of the Qualifying Tournament (7 th Feb. 2018). 2. Players at the age of 16 during the period from February 8, 2018 to June 30, 2018 may enter Player Eligibility for the qualifying tournament. If a player passes the qualifying tournament, the identity as the member of CLPGA Tour will remain valid until her 16s birthday, before which the player is considered as a non-member of CLPGA Tour. 3. Female players who have passed the CGA Professional Golfer's Test 2017 and wish to become member of CLPGA Tour may submit the application and pay entry fee according to the application

Players who passed the Qualifying Tournament are required to sign CLPGA Tour Membership Application Confirmation. Please note the Amateur status will be automatically lost once a amateur sign the CLPGA Tour Membership Application Confirmation form. 3. Players MUST be accompanied by guardians or escorts approved by guardians if they are under the age of 18 during the Qualifying Tournament or any CLPGA Tour official sanctioned tournaments. 4. All Chinese mainland players are required to register as professional member of CGA. 1.After 3 rounds top 30 (excluding ties) players will be qualified to be the member of 2018 CLPGA Tour in accordance with 2018 CLPGA Tour Exemption Categories 8(a). 2.After 3 rounds top 10 (excluding ties) mainland Chinese players not otherwise exempt will be qualified to be the member of 2018 CLPGA Tour in accordance with 2018 CLPGA Tour Exemption Categories 8(b). 3.Female players who have passed the CGA Professional Golfer s Test 2017 and wish to become member of CLPGA Tour, and the top five female players in the Collegiate Individual Rankings( season) published by Golfweek who wish to become member of CLPGA Tour, may submit the application and pay entry fee according to the application procedure before the entry deadline and will be exempted from the Qualifying Tournament 2018 in Qualification accordance with 2018 CLPGA Tour Exemption Categories 8(c) and 8(d). 4.After 3 rounds players in position (excluding ties) not otherwise exempt will be qualified to be the member of 2018 CLPGA Tour in accordance with 2018 CLPGA Tour Exemption Categories After 3 rounds top (excluding ties) mainland Chinese players not otherwise exempt will be qualified to be the member of 2018 CLPGA Tour in accordance with 2018 CLPGA Tour Exemption Categories Players who register but failed to passed the 2018 CLPGA Tour Qualifying Tournament, can enter for the Tour under non-member status in accordance with 2018 CLPGA Tour Exemption Categories 15. The competing order shall be determined in line with the sequence of application in case of multiple applications. Prize money will not be listed in CLPGA Tour Order of Merit and the number of participate.

3 In the case of a tie that relates to the qualification, the result will be decided on a scorecard playoff: this will be resolved by taking into account the last 18 holes played and last nine(hole#9-18), last six(hole#12-18) and last three(hole#16-18) holes. If there is still a tie the result will be decided on the scores of the 18th hole, 17th hole, 16th hole etc. Tournament Conditions 1.One Ball Condition 2.New Groove Condition 3.Driver Head included in The List of Conforming Driver Heads 5th Feb(Mon): Player Registration\ Practice Day Schedule Registration 6th Feb(Tues): Player Registration\ Practice Day 7th Feb(Wed): Round 1 8th Feb(Thur): Round 2 9th Feb(Fri): Round 3\ Players Meeting 5th Feb(Mon): 8:00-16:00 6th Feb(Tues): 8:00-16:00 10 days before the Tournament week (26 th Jan.-04 th Feb.), -Package fee for local/own caddie is RMB 750/18 holes( RMB550/9 holes) on weekday (Mon.-Fri.), RMB 850/18 holes( RMB550/9 holes) on weekend( Sat.-Sun.). -These fees include green fees, caddie fees, buggy fees, locker fees. insurance fees. -Caddie tips is RMB 100/18holes minimum. -If player use their own caddies, the caddie fees could not be refundable. -Driving Range: RMB 60/Basket; Putting&chipping green: RMB 60/hour. During Tournament week (05 th Feb.-09 th Feb.) Fees -Package fee for local caddie is RMB 380/18 holes/9 holes. If players use their own caddies, the package fee is RMB 300/18 holes/9 holes. -These fees include green fees, caddie fees, buggy fees, locker fees, insurance fees. -Caddie tips is RMB100/18holes minimum. -Driving range and practice putting&chipping green: Free Lunch (05 th Feb.-09 th Feb.) -The Lunch(buffet)for player and player guest is 88 RMB/per in the golf club. -In the rest of time, the meal will be charged according to the menu. -The official hotel offers lunch/dinner( buffet) for players in FOUR POINTS, preferential price: 88RMB/per. 05 th Feb.-06 th Feb.( Monday/Tuesday): -7:00-8:30, 1#TEE only. Maximum 2 players in a group. Open practice.no need to sign. Practice -8:45-12:00, 1#TEE only. Maximum 3 players in a group. Sign-up practice tee time in tournament office. -After 13:00: Sign-up practice tee time at the clubhouse reception desk. (Sharing tee time with golf club guests.)

4 *Buggy/trolley is permitted during 13:00-17:00, the rest time of practice days can only use buggy, no extra charge. 1.Group Photo -The top 30 players take a group photo following the final round. -Date: 15:30(Estimated) Friday 9 th Feb Players Meeting Official Function -Important- -Players who are qualified to become the member of CLPGA Tour 2018 are MANDATORY to attend player s meeting following the final round. Otherwise, the Tour reserves the right to reject the player s membership status of CLPGA Tour Date: 16:00 (Estimated) Friday 9 th Feb Detailed information please see the notice board on-site. Yardage book Yardage book will be produced for the tournament by Clark YU. The cost of a yardage book is RMB100. It will be available for purchase at the tournament office. -Each player will have her own locker during the tournament week from 5 th Feb.(Mon). -Player could get consumption card and locker key at the tournament office when registering. Lockers Official Hotel Official Hotel-Golf Club Player need to pay RMB200 for deposit and it will be back to player after return the locker key to the club house reception desk. *Player are requested to check out by the consumption card at the club house reception desk every day.
