The Asian Community Development Corporation (ACDC) is a 23 year old community-based organization which develops physical community assets, including affordable housing for rental and ownership; promotes economic development; fosters youth leadership development; builds capacity within the community and advocates on behalf of the community Since 1987, ACDC has developed over $100 million of mixed-use developments that are home to over 800 residents in Boston s Chinatown, two small businesses and four leading non-profit organizations. Our comprehensive community development approach includes capacity-building programs that complement our efforts to build quality, affordable homes. ACDC s Comprehensive Housing Opportunities Program (CHOP) enables families to access stable housing and remain in them.
