3 MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT I d like to invite everyone to the La Grande summer shoot. A tradition that dates back further than I can remember. This shoot is made possible by our volunteer trap help and staff, as well as donations from our generous sponsors. Please take the time to thank these folks when you see them. This gun club has made several improvements in recent years, including pads and all new Pat Traps, to make your shooting experience here the best it can be. Whether it s a skyline carriage for you lumber operations or a high quality bumper for your rugged truck we can help. GENERAL INFORMATION REGISTRATION: Starts one hour before the shoot. You will be handicapped and classified according to your PITA and ATA cards. Pre-registration is available by calling PRACTICE TRAP: Will open one hour before the shoot and close before the shoot starts. SHELLS: Legal loads only. If you want your empties, catch them. No one will be permitted to pick-up empty hulls. REFUNDS AND ENTRIES: No entry fees, purses or options will be refunded after the event has started. Also, no purses or options will be accepted after the first score sheet is posted. SHOOT OFFS: All ties for trophies will be shot off; ties on money are split. Be available or forfeit. CONDUCT: La Grande Gun Club reserves the right to refuse entry or withdrawal any contestant who in any way interferes with the safety, harmony and enjoyment of the shoot. PAYOFF: All payoffs will be mailed within 10 days. KITCHEN: Open for breakfast and lunch. LODGING AND RV PARK INFORMATION: Primitive RV Spots available call There is a RV park very close to the club Eagles Hot Lake RV TRAP ADJUSTMENTS: Can only be made by Line Judges or club Management. Shooters violating this rule will be disqualified. PITA: Targets may be cross-registered with the ATA. Shooter must be a current member of the ATA and pay appropriate ATA daily fees and target fees. NOTE: All competitors, referees, trap help and anyone on the trap field must wear eye and hearing protection. Everyone will comply with the drug and alcohol beverage PITA rules. The management will disqualify a contestant for violation of these rules.
