5 The mission of The Conley Group Foundation is to maximize community awareness, contribution and participation in and support selected charitable organizations as they are related to the United States Armed Forces and special needs Children and/or Adults. : The mission of Miracle Athletes is to provide adults and children with intellectual disabilities, who live in McKinney, Texas and the surrounding area, with the opportunity to participate in a variety of team sports, athletics and social activities in an encouraging environment through which they will gain the ability to learn to work as part of a team, develop friendships and obtain confidence and a sense of accomplishment through competition. : Operation Once in a Lifetime s mission is to make the dreams of U.S.Soldiers and their families come true by providing emergency financial support, once in a lifetime experiences and granting wishes for U.S. Service members, their families and veterans regardless of rank, deployment, physical condition or branch of service. You Serve, You Qualify. : Victory Flows' mission is to give people with disabilities and their families opportunities to experience activities, fellowship, community, relief, and fun in a Christ-centered environment. :

6 The Care & Mercy Foundation Texas is an all-volunteer non-profit organization supporting the fundraising needs of charitable organizations that focus on Special Needs Children/Adults and U.S. Military Veterans and their families in North Texas. These two key groups face many ongoing challenges and needs. The Care & Mercy Foundation is established to develop programs, events and initiatives that bring awareness to the issues of these communities and support fundraising objectives to help meet them. The Jimmy Mac events in 2015 specifically support groups serving Special Needs & Veterans. In 2015/16, over 1,400 special needs/veterans individuals lives will benefit from your support. More than 4,000 family members will have improved quality of life for their loved ones. And, nearly 5000 supporters of special needs/veterans organizations will benefit from the impact of your generous donation and participation in the Jimmy Mac Gala and Golf Tournament. Your organization will benefit from being associated with these unique individuals who are very loyal to those who support them. The Conley Group Foundation volunteers will provide appropriate assistance to members of the United States Armed Forces, active or retired, and their immediate family through solicitation of donations and organization of events fundraising and services. Additionally, they will assist to provide opportunities for special needs children and/or adults to participate in events that will result in their growth, development and community acceptance. Whether the support is financial or physical in nature, all support provided by The Conley Group Foundation is 100% voluntary and geared to maximize contributions to our targeted beneficiaries. With the funds raised from the Jimmy Mac Gala and golf tournament, Miracle Athletes will be able to purchase some new uniforms for our athletes. We will also be able to send athletes to state tournaments, who might not otherwise be able to go. Every contribution will go to helping a soldier and their families, whether paying a soldiers electric bill, car payment or flying a soldier home, we will be there when soldiers need us most, because they are there when we need them most. The blessings that Victory Flows will receive from the Care and Mercy Foundation will be used to provide Fun and Freedom Events for those living with a disability and their families. These events provide support and nurturing for exhausted and isolated parents, activities and interaction for siblings who are often overshadowed by the needs of living with someone with a disability. In addition, activities for those with disabilities are designed to enhance and encourage their abilities.
