If there are any mistakes please communicate these to BUSA immediately. Arrival: Scorecards: All competitors should arrive at the tee 10 minutes prior to their tee off time. To be collected from the clubhouse prior to teeing off. ALL scorecards MUST be returned to the registration table within 10 minutes of completing each round. Practice Rounds: It is the responsibility of individual institutions to book practice rounds. Rounds will cost a discounted and can be booked through the Pro shop on Reserves: Due to the popularity of the event, BUSA could not offer places to all entrants. Please find enclosed below the list of reserves, these players will be notified through their Athletic Union and/or golf Captain that they have been offered a place. Handicap certificates must be received by the BUSA office before a reserve player is offered a place. Should you have any queries then please do not hesitate to contact me. 2 Local Information Princes Golf Club Rules Mobile telephones are not permitted either on the Golf Course or anywhere within the Clubhouse or Professional Shop. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the clubhouse. No denim clothing or trainers are permitted in the Clubhouse or on the Golf Course. Spiked Golf shoes may be worn on the Ground Floor of the Clubhouse. In the Main Lounge or Restaurant no caps/hats or shorts. On the Golf Course gentlemen are permitted to wear tailored shorts when worn with white sports socks or any knee length socks. Shirts must have collars and be tucked in at the waist. Please respect our dress regulations Additional Club Information Lockers are available in both the men s and women s changing rooms. A 1.00 deposit is required Strokesavers are available for purchase from the Pro Shop for 5.00 A limited menu of hot and cold food will be available to golfers in the Spikes Bar located on the ground floor of the clubhouse. Directions By road: M25 - A2 - M2 - A2 - A256. Once on Sandwich Road follow map. By rail to Sandwich Station: Sandwich Station is situated on Delfside, off St Georges Road. Prince's is a short taxi ride away. By road from Heathrow airport: Approximately 2 hours by car (M4 - M25 - A2 - M2 - A2 - A256). By road from Gatwick airport: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by car (M23 - M25 - A2 - M2 - A2 - A256). Princes Golf Club is situated within a gated estate. When you reach the tollgate mention that you are playing at Princes and there will be no charge to enter.

7 Reserves List The BUSA Golf South Eastern Regional Qualifier is currently oversubscribed. According to Regional Qualifiers Rule (6) if more that 100 entries are received places will be allocated according to exact handicap, the following players have not been offered a place. If players withdraw, players on the reserve list will be notified through their Athletic Union and/or golf Captain that they have been offered a place.
