August 7:00 am 3 rd Round stroke play from the 1 st tee, order in accordance with the results of the 1 st and 2 nd round, the best players at the end (Cut conditions are listed bellow) Prize -giving Ceremony and Closing ceremony 30 min. after the end of the Tournament. The Committee can move a player from younger to an older age category if a player asks for it in the written form. If the entries in a category will not exceed 5 players, the Committee has the right to fuse categories. Entry Conditions Amateur players who are members of clubs of SKGA, or another National Federation and have EGA handicap not exceeding 7 for Junior Men and Boys and 10 for Junior Ladies and Girls are eligible. All juniors must fulfill the handicap criteria. Maximum entries: 144 (87 junior Men, 57 junior Ladies, from that at least 40 junior Men and 24 junior Ladies home members of SKGA). If there are more entries than 144 (87 junior Men and 57 junior Ladies) men and ladies with lower handicaps will be taken. The Championship Committee retains his right to revise the criteria. Tournament Fees - 70 / water refreshment included / Fees must be paid before the first round starts at the reception desk. Practice day fee (Tuesday14 th August) is covered by participants 20 Entries Must be sent via E: stk@skga.sk Deadline: Friday 3 rd August 2018 at 1pm Accommodation: Hotel Welten: Reservation E: restaurant@welten.sk Fees: 1 person at 2-bed room 25 / at one-bed room 40 / p. night Championship Committee Tournament director: Ivan Šebok Members: Ivan Šebok, Miroslav Mazúch, Timotej Mikunda Head referee: Ivan Šebok Referees: nominated by the Skga Technical Conditions The Championship will be decided by strokes over three rounds of 18 holes each, in accordance to the Rules of Golf as approved by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and to the Local Rules approved by the Championship Committee. Committee has the right to change the Hole number of stipulated round in case of bad weather conditions. Tees: Junior Men White / Junior Ladies Blue

5 Caddie (Rule 6-4) A player is prohibited from having a Professional golfer serve as his caddie during the stipulated round. Slow play (Rule 6-7, Note 2) Committee establishes Pace of play to complete a stipulated round. If any player exceeds 50 seconds on a first to play approach shot (including a Par 3 tee shot), chip or putt, or 40 seconds if it is a tee shot or second or third to play shot, he is deemed to have a bad time. Penalty for breach the Rule: One bad time verbal warning from a Rules Official. Two bad times one stroke penalty Three bad times two stroke penalty Four bad times disqualification Distance measuring devices (Rule 14-3) In this competition a player may obtain distance information by use of a distance-measuring device. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g. elevation changes, wind speed, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule Carts Players are obliged to walk during the stipulated round. Penalty for breaching the rule: disqualification. Exception may be approved by the Committee. Cut 50% of players in each category + plus ties. Exact numbers will be known before 1 st round. Decision of ties In the event of a tie after three rounds, the winner shall be decided by a sudden death playoff over hole No.18 until the winner will be known. The play off shall start as soon as practicable after the final competitors have finished the round. In case of tie for the silver or bronze medal, the places will be decided on the basis of scores recorded for the final 18,9,6,3 or last hole in that order. Practicing Practice round a player may take more strokes on the golf course, except the teeing ground if the pace of play is followed. Players may practice only on practice ground during and between the stipulated rounds. Practicing on the course between two stipulated rounds is strictly forbidden. Penalty for breaching the rule: disqualification. Every player should have an actual edition of the Rules of Golf. In case of serious breach of golf etiquette player may be disqualified by the Committee in accordance to the Rule Committee is entitled to impose changes of conditions of play before tournament starts. Protest Player is entitled to lodge protest before final results will be announced.
