5 2. THE SIRE STRATUM is the Golden Slipper winning son of Champion Australian sire, REDOUTE S CHOICE. His breeding career started off with a big bang, when he sired the Golden Slipper winner CRYSTAL LILY in his first crop and was crowned Australia s leading sire of two year olds in his first season (2009/10) with 13 individual 2yo winners. He has been far from a one hit wonder, being one of the few stallions to sire a Group 1 winner from each of his first three crops.
