Like most maiden races the likely winners are easily identified by the public and even though the win percentages are average the ROI is a bit low. Look for opportunities to isolate higher paying possibilities at or above 6:5 or so. Favorites are often beaten by runners with little or no racing history and they are often over bet especially if they looked pretty good first out but may be muscle sore this out.
