1 SOUTH WEST REGIONAL GSD GROUP Judge Jo Cathie Special Long Coat Puppy Female 3/3 1 st CONBHAIREAN JESSIKA (Ballack vd Bruckener Allee x Ch Conbhairean Leska) Cuthbert S. 10 months super quality, black and rich gold, well pigmented female of excellent type. Beautiful head and expression though for some the stop could be more defined. She commands attention, by virtue of her quality coat, attractive colours, desired size and obvious ring presence. Pronounced wither, firm back which could not be shorter, somewhat steep croup. Very good angulation of the forehand and of the hindquarters. Stands correct in front and behind, moves correct toward but slightly close going away. Very co-ordinated mover with very good reach and effective drive. Her ears need to be firmer but otherwise a super quality LSH puppy. VP1 2 nd OPALIA SUNBEAM (Hazroh Ulk x Schwerzberg Zenni) Garrick A. 8 months upper middle size, black and rich gold, feminine, expressive female of very good type. Good wither, firm back of good length, croup slightly short but well laid. Good angulation of the forehand with a well developed chest, and good angles behind. Alert, feminine expression. Stands and moves correctly fore and aft. Moved with enthusiasm but with a little better presentation she would begin to maximize the reach. Didn t quite get into her stride today going at times to hard and at times held back. This can certainly all improve with training. Effective drive from behind. VP2 3 rd PETERWELL REVA (Ch Conbhairean Waro x Peterwell Kesha) Smith P & Bridge S. 10months upper middle size black and gold bitch of good type. Feminine head and expression. Normal wither, firm back of good length, croup of good length though a shade steep. Good angulations of the forehand though at times during presentation the shoulder appeared a bit flat, good angulations of the hindquarter. Stands and moves correctly in front and behind. Displayed a good co-ordinated gait with good reach and drive, though she tended at times to flatten over the wither. She could present herself a touch more assuredly at times. VP3 It is interesting to me to note that each puppy carries the VA Nando daughter Ch Conbhairean Leska somewhere in the first three generations in combination with F litter Degli Achei on the father line. Minor Puppy Bitch 5/2 1 st VISANARA EUPHORIA (Videx Mario x Videx Sanara) Childs V. 7 months, upper middle size, middle strength black and gold bitch of good type with attractive furnishings. Feminine head and expression. Normal wither, firm back, short slightly steep croup. Long, slightly steep upper arm, good hindquarter angles. Stands correct and moves correct fore and aft. Nice easy stride when settled with good reach and adequate drive though at times she could engage the hindquarters more. A little further training required to see the best of her but she gave plenty of glimpses of a very good female. VP1

2 2 nd MASCANI MADDIE (BR Ch Mascani Ikon x Astana Dayna at Mascani) Lakin M. Just 6 months, black and gold, strong bitch of very good size and good type. Strong head and expression, beautifully placed, strong ears. Normal wither, firm back which could not be shorter. The croup could also be a shade longer. Slightly short, slightly steep upper arm, very good hindquarters, stands correct fore and aft, slightly close away and toes in a little toward. Tends to lose the wither when the concentration is lost. Good reach and drive. Very much a baby but plenty of promise for the future. VP2 Minor Puppy Dog 3/2 1st NIKONIS BAZI (Tramella George x Nikonis Yera SCHH1) FARLEY N. 8 months, large, strong sable male of very good type and quality. Shown in super condition. Beautiful, masculine head and expression, he is of slightly stretched overall proportions. High wither, long firm back, well laid croup which is also of good length. Long but slightly steep upperarm, very good hindquarters. Moved with an easy stride displaying good reach and drive. Most certainly a dog for the future. 2nd JAMNISKA AGUERO (Conbhairean Gio x Lima von der Wilhelmswarte) Horrocks,K 7months, black and gold, upper middle size male of good type. Shown somewhat out of coat and is at the stage in his development where he still needs a bit of filling out. His underline is rather short and high. Good wither, firm back of good length, long well laid croup. In stance he is very balanced and of note is his lovely head and masculine expression. Very good angulation of the forehand and good hindquarters. Stands correct in front, slightly cowhocked,and moves somewhat close behind. He shows great willingness to perform but tends to shorten on the move, whereby the underline detracts. Good reach and drive. The ears show a little too much movement at present, during the gaiting phase. Puppy Bitch 8/6 1st DAHLMANN AVA (Iliano v Fichtenschlag x Conbhairean Coco at Dahlmann) Pegg J&H. Just days from 12 months old, large black and gold female of beautiful type, shown in spectacular condition. A credit to her owners from the first glance this female put in a superb performance from start to finish. Pronounced wither, firm back of good length, slightly steep, slightly short croup. Good forehand angulation and very good hindquarters. She displays super overall balance and stands and moves completely straight and true throughout. She moved with an easy ground covering gait with good reach and very good drive, holding all her lines and staying alert and expressive throughout. It was a real pleasure to judge this puppy in such outstanding ring condition, so professionally presented. And she led a very high quality class indeed. At only a year old, she is quite simply, outstanding. Sincerest congratulations to all involved, I feel her future is assured. VP1 2nd MORGANA FROM LORNSTONE (Gollygobble Bert of Lornstone x Lornstone Lutea) Yates L Just 9 months old, eye catching, really well pigmented black and gold female of the desired size and of lovely breed type. Notably attractive head and feminine expression. Well angulated forehand with very good shoulder placement. Very good hindquarter angulation. Good wither, firm back of

3 good length, slightly steep croup which is also of good length. She presents a very nice picture in stance. Correct away, still a little closing required at elbows. Purposeful, co-ordinated movement holding the same lines on the move as she does in stance. A truly pleasing little bitch who more than held her own in a super quality class. VP2 3rd BRUCKERBEREM DESTINY (Lararth Thierry x Bruckerberem Arabella) Bevan K,K & S 10 months, black and gold well pigmented attractive bitch of very good type with quality coat and furnishings. Upper middle size and of good strength. Lovely head and expression. Good wither, firm back of good length, croup is slightly short and steep. Long slightly steep upperarm, very good hindquarter angulations, good over and very good underline. She is of markedly balanced proportions and stands straight fore and aft. Correct towards, slightly close away. Moved with power and good enthusiasm displaying good reach and drive though at times she tended to lose the wither a little. The short croup detracts from an otherwise very good picture. Completed a trio of super quality youngsters. VP3 4th MIRENHOF AISHA (Wasko del Seprio x Pinewolf Sheba at Mirenhof) Newman N 11.5 months, upper middle size, black and rich gold female of nice type. Markedly strong head and keen expression. Pronounced wither, firm back of good length, good angle of the croup though it could be a fraction longer. Long, slightly steep upperarm, very good, dynamic hindquarter angulation. Presents a very balanced picture in the stance with very good proportions. Stands correct. Slightly close behind, elbows could be more closed. A very enthusiastic performer holding her good overline and displaying good reach and drive when settled. For the most part however, she drives so hard from the hindquarters that the movement can become a bit erratic. Nonetheless a very promising bitch who I think should improve with maturity. VP4 5th VOMZOARHOFF DEJA'VU (Boomer vom Polarstern x Kelly vom Steffen Haus) Miller H&C 11 months old large, well pigmented female of good strength. Strong, feminine head and attractive expression. Normal wither, firm back of very good length, well angled, lengthy croup. long somewhat steep upperarm, good hindquarters with long thighs. Stands correct fore and aft, sound away and back. Moved with a ground covering co-ordinated stride when settled with good reach and drive and holding her notably clean lines. She is a quality female crying out for a little more from her handling and presentation. Normally she should make good places when this is in order. A quality bitch. VP5 6th PETERWELL ROXANNE (Ch Conbhairean Waro x Peterwell Kesha) Adamson, J, Jackson, C and Munkley GK, Mr & Mrs 9 months, black and gold, upper middle size female of good strength, feminine head, though for me the slightly light eye could better match the face. Pronounced wither, very firm back of good length, long, slightly steep croup. long slightly steep upperarm. very good hindquarters, she is of good balanced proportions. Good overline but the underline appeared somewhat short and high as if she had perhaps been shaved in the area of her large umbilical hernia. Stands correct, moved correct away and back, she seemed somewhat unsettled with the handler and tended to lose her wither and at times her alertness during presentation, as a result she really didn t give the best of herself today. VP6

4 Puppy Male 1/1 1st PETERWELL ROSCO (Ch Conbhairean Waro x Peterwell Kesha) Adamson, J, Jackson, C and Munkley GK, Mr & Mrs 10 month old, upper middle size, strong black and gold male, good head and expression though for me the eye could be a shade darker. He has a pronounced wither, good long firm back, short, slightly steep croup. Long steep upperarm, very good hindquarters. Stands correct, moved correctly away. Coming toward the left elbow appeared quite open but on closer observation the pup had a substantial bursa-type swelling on the joint. Enthusiastic, o-ordinated mover showing good reach and drive holding all of his lines on the move. A pity he was alone in his class, nonetheless he is a promising puppy.
