3 1.Introduction Further to the recent update of our IT system, it is now possible to send the FEI the results in a new excel file allowing us to import directly in XML format. This procedure will hopefully simplify and speed up procedures for the OC, NF and FEI and will furthermore allow the results to be processed more efficiently to the benefit of all involved. Please find below the description, information and explanations of the result files required in order to correctly and swiftly upload them into the FEI Family database. 3 3

Detail of <ns1 :Indiv> The Individual tab of the excel file contains a set of elements in regard to the combination (Vaulter/Horse/Lunger) such as IDs and Names as well as their results. The number of fields to be entered is depending on the competition type. No rank is to be mentioned for athletes that are eliminated, retired, withdrawn or disqualified. ns1:posstatus If the athlete is eliminated, retired or withdrawn please indicate one of the 4 abbreviations: EL: eliminated RET: retired WD: withdrawn DSQ: disqualified (FEI only) No other code accepted. ns1:posstatuscomplement Status complement. The status complement is normally used by the FEI to disqualify a horse or athlete. In case of disqualification PosStatusComplement must contain one of the following values: Horse too old or too young Athlete too old or too young Athlete suspended No other codes are accepted. ns1:posstatuscomplementdata Status Comment. Case Number for disqualified combinations (FEI legal department only). ns1:vaulter1,2,3,4,5,6feiid The FEI ID of the Vaulter. The Vaulter MUST be listed in the FEI database and MUST be registered for the current year. The FEI ID must be entered without any space. 5 5

Use the 3 letters of the Olympic Committee (OC) abbreviations as described in Annex I ns1:lungerfeiid This field must contain the FEI ID of the Lunger. The Lunger MUST be listed in the FEI database and MUST be registered for the current year. The FEI ID must be entered without any space. ns1:lungerfirstname This field must contain the First Name of the Lunger. The system will compare the first name with the one in the system. ns1:lungerfamilyname This field must contain the Family Name of the Lunger. The system will compare the family name with the one in the system. ns1:lungercompetingfor This field must contain IOC Code - Sport Nationality of the Vaulter. No other code or symbol accepted. ns1:iswnominated For FEI use only- please leave this element empty ns1:squadname This field must contain the name of the Squad. ns1:squadnf This field must contain the IOC Code ( see p.9-15 of this document). Please leave this field empty for Vaulter that compete only for individual and Pas-de-Deux ranking. ns1:roundtest1,2,3,4,5,6scores This field must contain the Test score (compulsory test, Free test, Technical test) according to the Art. 743 GENERAL of the Vaulting rules. Only positive values with decimal points are accepted, no other code accepted ns1:round1,2,3,4,5,6score This field must contain the Rounds score points according to Art.747 of the Vaulting rules. Only positive values with decimal points are accepted, no other code accepted. ns1:finalscore This field must contain the final scores according to Art. 748 of the vaulting rules.
