4 Outdoor Stables The demands for a perfect horse stable are constantly rising: a horse stable is supposed to be modern, well lit, well ventilated, solid and functional. In order to be able to meet the requirements of both animals and human beings, Röwer & Rüb offers the best possible solution: the two-row outdoor stable. While taking into account the abovementioned demands, we have now come up with an intelligent solution. A selfsupporting, hot-galvanized steel structure forms the basis for inexpensive interior expansion construction work and creates all the possibilities for individual design. The roof and the walls are structured the same way as our outdoor stalls. The health of the horses is a matter of foremost importance for all our projects. This is why we have placed a special emphasis on light and air for this doublerow stable. As functional as the outdoor stables are, they fit perfectly into their environment and create horse-compatible, pleasant and modern accommodations for horses. Regardless whether for the purpose of keeping horses in groups or as single horses, our outdoor stables can be used in many different ways by means of the available individual design options

5 Outdoor Stables Our modular system can be easily adapted to suit the needs of horses and keepers of horses. The external walls are made of 60-mm thick hardwood or solid masonry. The masonry can, of course, also be provided by customers. But the central element of each stable is the interior work. Fixed or swivelling partition walls can be implemented as well as large areas for roughage or closed rooms. The double-row stable is therefore perfectly suitable for individual stalls or for the purpose of keeping horses in groups. Due to the individual arrangement of windows, doors or gates, you can freely design the visual effects as well as the use of these stables. Our employees are well prepared to deal with the most difficult projects. The following examples will show you how a stable can be designed according to individual requirements. Stalls, saddle chamber, solarium, washing place, fodder depot, and recreation rooms can be easily integrated. There are no limits to the design of the interior work. Washing stalls, solarium or saddle chamber are just as possible as large feeding rooms

6 Outdoor Stalls A program with a system: Our outdoor stalls guarantee optimum accommodations for your horse throughout the entire year. The basis is provided by the high workmanship quality and by the right combination of specially developed steel profiles and selected hardwood planks with double tongue and groove in a thickness of 60 mm. Bite-proof steel binders, which are hot-galvanized just like the entire steel structure, are the guarantee for long-term durability. We use specially made corrugated colour plates as the roofing material for our outdoor stalls. The roof is, of course, provided with high-quality insulation against the heat and cold. To ensure that the outdoor stalls fit harmoniously into the available building, we also deliver all other forms of roofing upon request. The roof projecting length of 1.60 m offers horses and keepers of horses sufficient protection again the sun and rain and is lined with wood on the bottom side

9 Indoor Stalls When it comes to safety, we always have a two-track mind: Not only must the safety of the horse be guaranteed, but you must also be sure that you will receive long-term stability of value with our stable system. High-value, selected hardwood forms the basis for high quality. The welded frame design gives the elements the stability that is important for the safety of the horses. All bars are invisibly welded. That not only increases the durability but also enhances the visual effects. In order to ensure the value of the system for a long time, all steel elements are hot-galvanized in an immersion process

All stall elements can be combined with each other and adapt themselves fully to suit your ideas: Front walls with sliding doors in widths of 3.00 m or 3.50 m and partition walls wood/grid or solid wood are always in stock and can be delivered with feeding slots or tilting troughs. All other dimensions or front walls with rotating troughs are produced on a short-term basis. The sliding doors are equipped with a bar section that can be rotated. All elements have an overall height of 2.30 m. The height of the wood on the front walls amounts to 1.30 m, and 1.50 m on the partition walls.
