He stated the construction workers for the new school had been feeding them. 10/08/03 CITY Co. of LA trapper, Jim Hartman, worked on it. Bill called homeowner and she described and animal with health problems therefore how authorized trapping. Bill cld. Mark Adams (Co of LA trapper) & gave verval permission for coyote trapping on Dardenne Tina Wallace 11/26/03 CITY I referred her to Mark Adams for follow-up. - TINA Cld. This is private property & Co of LA feels not proper place to put traps, but will look at site tomorrow & discuss w/caller 06/21/07 pm 5524 Parkmor City Coyote took her small dog from rear yard today, while she was in the yard with the dog Co of LA 06/21/07 City 06/21/07: Tina cld. Co & gave permission for them to come into city & set traps in area behind parcel; 08/08/07: Fernando, Co of LA trapper, cld. to say he caught (1) juvenile coyote, approx. 16 lbs. Resident asked him to trap for another week. Tina gave him verbal permission to do so 2

3 09/18/07 220pm Via del Llano Chills Coyote in her front yard & in common area behind home, almost daily basis CPM & Co of LA 02/11/08 245pm 4065 Magna Carta CITY Coyotes in her yard & denning in neighbors yard 09/17/08 300pm Indals Pl CITY Coyote came into yard, tried to take dog 09/18/07 LMD 09/18/07: Tina cld & l/w for Sheldon Chavin to call her back & say if HOA will allow Co trapper to set traps in common areas of HOA or not. If the HOA does allow it Tina will call Co & authorize them to come into city & set traps; 09/27/07: Mike cld, barring rain, they will place traps next week; 10/23/07: Per Mike, traps placed, no coyotes caught, removed traps 10/22/07 02/11/08 City 02/11/08: After talking with resident, Tina cld. & gave permission for Co to set traps in yards, if the trapper says he can safely do it; 02/21/08: County set trap; Nothing caught 09/17/08 City 09/17/08: Tina cld. & l/w for Mike to schedule trapper 10/07/ am Jameson Dr CITY Resident said that night before last coyote came thru window & was in home all night, in daughter's bedroom. Resident said she hear noises that sounded like baby. Daughter was not home during this time. 10/28/08 155pm Calle Conejo Chills Brian said resident called Co & requested coyote abatement 10/07/08 City 10/07/08: Tina spoke w/mike & gave permission for trapper to place traps. Mike thinks it may have been a raccoon, not a coyote. He said resident told him they had photos of footprints; trapper will investigate this while he's placing trap & will place raccoon trap as well as coyote trap. Tina suggested to resident they install wrought iron fence and informed resident coyotes can climb chain link & wood fences & can scale block walls. No one 10/28/08 City 10/28/08: To date resident has not called into city to request coyote abatement. Will not authorize Co to come into city until hear from resident 11/11/08 842am 3761 Calle Jazmin Pal Coyotes in street & driveway Co of LA 11/13/08 City 11/13/08: Tina spoke w/mike & requested trapper to contact resident & inspect area to see if traps can safely be placed; 11/19/08: Fernando, Co trapper, cld to state resident would not authorize traps in her yard. He want's to know if the HOA will authorize traps in the common area. 11/21/08: Tina ed HOA BOD & prop mgr w/this request. Waiting for response. 3

Suggested she consider installing wrought iron fence 03/11/09 am 3656 Reina Ct CPE Coyote wandering area, agressive Co of LA 03/11/09 City 03/11/09: Tina forwarded info to Mike. He will have trapper contact resident to discuss specific area where coyote has been seen; 03/28/09: Per trapper, something disturbed trap during first week, but nothing during second week. Trapper will place new trap 05/27/09 08/24/ am Park Belmonte CP Coyote has been loitering in common area behind property for past week, she has two small dogs Co of LA 08/24/09 City 08/24/09: Tina ed request to Mike to have county trapper contact homeowner & set a trap if possible 10/27/09 300pm Indals Pl CITY Coyote in area 09/17/08 City 09/17/08: Tina ed Mike to schedule trapper 03/04/10 905am 3634 Reina Ct CPE Coyote residing in back yard Mike 03/04/10 City 03/04/10: Tina sent to CO & authorized trapper to place traps on Chills common area located behind Reina Ct address; 03/31/10: County saw signs of coyote but did not trap any 09/07/10 am 3789 Camino Codorniz C Hills Two large adult coyotes in the common area open space behind her house the past few days and is concerned b/c school children in that area Mike 09/07/10 HOA On 09/08/10 county trapper found evidence of coyotes and children playing in the commone area where coyotes had been seen. Trapper will monitor area for 3-4 weeks to see if it's safe to set a trap. 09/29/10: set trap in the area and caught one today. No need to continue until another complaint is called in 4

This week a coyote grabbed at one of his dogs through the side gate & tore its ear Yesterday 2 large coyotes attacked his dog Jim Hartman 09/16/10 City 09/16/10: Tina ed Jim Hartman (Co inspector) and asked him to have a trapper contact resident, inspect area, & if possible set traps 09/29/10: set a trap this week but no catch and no evidence of coyotes in the area. The coyote may have changed its routine Jim Hartman 04/14/11 City 04/14/11: Tina ed resident info to County & requested that they contact homeowner & set. traps in common area; Trapper cld. Tina to let her know unable to set trap because too many people in area. She contacted homeowner & let them know 07/13/11 pm Pkwy Calabasas near old fountain N/O Westridge HOA entry gate CBA-5 City contractor called in to say coyotes seen at fence area near workers Brian Phillips 07/13/11 City 07/13/11: Tina cld & spoke w/county trapper. He came out, inspected area & found evidence of coyotes (& took a picture of one). But said he couldn't place a trap because of human activity in area 08/08/11 am 4694 Luna Ct City Coyotes congregating on hill behind fence, worried about them jumping fence & taking his dog Tina Wallace 08/08/11 City 08/08/11: Nothing can be done until city council makes decision on trapping issue 5
